Clinical Observation Of Chushijiedu Decoction On High-risk HPV Persistent Cervical Infection

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of dehumidification detoxification decoction combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of persistent high-risk HPV(HP-HPV)infection of wet phlegm and blood stasis syndromes and explore the clinical application value.Provide clinical basis to prevent the occurrence of cervical high-grade lesions.Methods:60 cases of cervical high-risk HPV infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomization,each has 30 cases;the treatment group was given dehumidification detoxification decoction,one dose a day,morning and evening with warm water,and to be vaginal-administration with BaofuKang Suppository,2 tablets each time,1 time per day,-menstrual cleanliness on the 3rd day of starting medication and vaginal medication,12 days of continuous use as a course of treatment,1 cycle of menstruation for only one course of treatment,menstruation withdrawal,treatment Prohibited sexual life during the period;the control group were only give vaginal medicine,with same method of treatment group.The efficacy was evaluated after the third trimester of menstruation on the fourth cycle.Observe the changes of clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes,and negative conversion rate of HPV before and after treatment.Results:In this research,the statistical analysis of the two groups of patients showed no significant difference in age and condition(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment;the treatment group was cured clinically in 2 cases,markedly effective in 19 cases,effective in 7 cases,invalid in 2 cases,the control group was cured in 0 cases,markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 16 cases,and ineffective in 5 cases(P=0.009<0.01).Significant statistical significance.The TCM clinical syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P=0.000<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.After treatment,the rate of negative conversion of HPV was 73.33%in the treatment group and 46.67%in the control group(P=0.035<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:In this research,the use of dehumidification detoxification decoction combined with Baofukang suppository to treat patients with persistent high-risk HPV infection of the cervix is superior to only vaginal administration with BaofuKang Suppository in improving HPV negative conversion rate,improving clinical efficacy,and improving TCM syndrome scores.Suppository.
