Therapeutic Effect Of Rebacin In The Treatment Of High-risk Human Papilloma Vrius Persistent Infecction Or Cervical Lesions With High-risk Huaman Papilloma Virus

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Rebacin in the treatment of high-risk human papilloma vrius(HPV)infecction.Methods: Patients with high-risk HPV who admitted to Shengjing hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the patient's wishes.The experimental group was given Rebacin.The positive control group were given Baofukang suppository or Andafen suppository via vaginal.And all drugs should be used for 3 months.The negative control group did not receive any special treatment.All patients should be detected HPV and thinprep cytologic test(TCT)at 1 month,4 months,8 months and 12 months after treatment,colposcopy and histopathology were performed if necessary.All of the patients were followed to 12 months after treatment and compared HPV,TCT,colposcopy and histopathology.Results: One month after treatment,the cure rate of HPV infection in the experimental group was higher than the other groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of HPV infection was higher than that of Baofukang suppository group and blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of HPV infection in the experimental group was higher than Baofukang suppository group at 4th months after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference was statistically significant compared with the andafen suppository and the blank control group(P< 0.05).The total effective rate was statistically significant compared with the blank control group(P<0.05).At 8th months and 12 th months after treatment,both cure rate and total effective rate of HPV were significantly different from those of the blank control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with the positive control group(P> 0.05).Compered with the TCT,colposcopy and CINI reversal rate between the 1st,4th,8th and 12 th months after treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: As a new type of anti-HPV infection drug,Rebacin has a significantly higher cure rate and total effective rate for high-risk HPV than the blank control group,and to a certain extent,it is superior to the traditional Baofu Kangshuan and Andafen suppository.The effect of anti-HPV infection is significant in preventing cervical cancer.It is worthy deveiop to clear HPV infection,and it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
