| Background and objectiveCervical carcinoma(CC)is one of the major cancers that harm the health of Chinese adult women.Medical experts have done a lot of research on their prevention,treatment and prognosis.The persistent infection of high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)is thought to be closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.Therefore,effective prevention and treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection has become a key link to block the development of cervical cancer.Currently,the drug on the domestic market for the treatment of HR-HPV infection.Relatively more,but the effect is relatively small,so new and effective drug research is imminent.The Nocardia cell wall skeleton(hereinafter referred to as the red card)has been confirmed to be a cell wall skeleton component extracted from Nocardia erythraea,which can regulate the body's immune system and effectively enhance macrophages and natural killing in vivo.The immune activity of the cells simultaneously activates the adaptive immune response of the human body,enhances the ability of T cells and B cells to effectively recognize and kill pathogens and viruses,and has the functions of inhibiting cancer cells and reducing tumor recurrence.Red card can improve the body's immunity,its role is obvious,targeted,can effectively increase the body's cervical surface immunity,play an anti-tumor effect.Recombinant human interferon ?2b vaginal effervescent capsule can inhibit viral RNA replication.In addition to its broad-spectrum antiviral and anti-tumor effects,it can also regulate local immune function in the vagina and cervix,improve the body's disease resistance and organization.The ability to regenerate;BaofuKangshuan not only has anti-viral effect,but also has the functions of clearing away heat and relieving pain,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and detoxifying the muscles.It can effectively fight against viruses,bacteria and inflammation by vaginal administration.effect.This study compared the effectiveness of the treatment with HR-HPV,interferon and Baofukang suppository in the treatment of patients with HR-HPV infection,and explored the relationship between it and the clinical parameters of patients,the effect of red card treatment and interferon combined with Bao Fukang The therapeutic effects of the plugs were analyzed and compared.Materials and methods 1.Stuy SubjectsFrom January 2017 to August 2018,a total of 210 patients with cervical HR-HPV infection were diagnosed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,and the Department of Gynecology Clinic of Henan Provincial People's Hospital.A total of 140 HR-HPV-infected patients with drug intervention were randomly divided into an experimental group of 70 and an experimental group of 70.The experimental group was treated with red card,and the experimental group was treated with interferon combined with Baofukang suppository.Seventy-seven patients who were diagnosed with HR-HPV infection at the same time were randomly selected as the control group.No intervention was given and voluntary follow-up was performed.All three groups were informed before the experiment that they were fully informed and agreed and signed informed consent,which was approved by the ethics committee.2.Experimental methodsThe HR-HPV infection of patients before and after treatment with interferon and Baofukang suppository and the natural conversion rate of the blank control group were compared and analyzed statistically.The local macrophage and T were detected before and after treatment with red card.Changes in cells and changes in the natural control of the blank control group.3.Statistical Methods:Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 software.Counting data and conforming to the normal distribution are represented by x±s.Two independent samples t-test are applied to the two groups of samples,and multiple sets of quantitative data are analyzed by one-way ANOVA or rank sum test.The count data is expressed as a percentage,and statistical analysis is performed using the c2 test and Fisher's exact probability method.Taking ?=0.05 as the test level(the comparison between the three groups is ?'=?/3=0.0167 as the test level).Results1.The effective rate of re-examination after red card treatment was 74.3%;the effective rate of re-examination after treatment with interferon combined with Baofukang suppository was 41.4%;the natural conversion rate of the control group was 18.6%;2.The effective rate of red card treatment was better than that of interferon combined with Baofukang suppository(T=294.7,P<0.0001),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The effective rate of interferon combined with Baofukang suppository was better than that of the control group(T=203.5,P<0.0001),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Red card treatment of 16/18 HR-HPV infection was more effective than interferon combined with Baofukang suppository and higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(F=1572,P<0.0001);5.Red card treatment of non-16/18 HR-HPV infection was more effective than interferon combined with Baofukang suppository and higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(F=34534,P< 0.0001);6.When treating HR-HPV-infected patients of different ages,the effective rate of red card in the treatment of HR-HPV infection is higher than that of interferon combined with Baofukang Suppository and higher than that of the control group;7.The content of macrophages and T cells in the cervix after red card treatment was higher than that before treatment(T=23.6,P<0.05).The content of macrophages and T cells in the cervix was also higher than that in the control group.Before,but no statistical difference(T=25.3,P>0.05);8.No adverse events occurred in all participants during the treatment.Conclusions1.Cervical HR-HPV infection can be naturally negative,and drug intervention can increase the negative rate of HR-HPV infection.2.Red card treatment of HR-HPV infection is better than interferon combined with Baofukang suppository.3.Different ages respond differently to drugs;younger patients have better results after medication intervention.4.Red card can further increase the content of local T cells and macrophages in the cervix. |
