Clinical Evaluation Of Acupuncture Treatment For Liver Fire Type Neurodermatitis

ObjectiveThis study will be through the observation of acupuncture treatment of liver depression type fire neurodermatitis clinical curative effect, understand the advantages and disadvantages of acupuncture in the treatment of neurodermatitis, better to summarize the clinical program. At the same time light probe the mechanism of the treatment of neurodermatitis.MethodsThis study will be on in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM dermatology collected from 60 patients with simple digital grouping method is divided into two groups at random:drug group and needle medicine group. Drug group in the Yellow-River in Jiangsu province pharmaceutical co., LTD. Production of loratadine tablets (10mg qd), needle medicine group in loratadine tablets (10mg qd) cooperate on the basis of conventional acupuncture; 1 week 2 times,4 weeks as a course of treatment. After 2 months after the treatment respectively through follow-up recurrence.ResultsThrough observation, two groups of patients after treatment in the itching, focal lesion area size, skin hardness and so on all have different degrees of improvement. Among them, the comparison between the needle medicine group and drug way, needle medicine group in focal skin itching, the size of the lesion area, degree of hardness, along with the improvement of the symptoms were superior to the simple drug group (P< 0.05). Although both groups of discrete degree of pimples, skin colour and lustre is also had an improved before treatment, but the contrast between the hour hand drug group and drug treatment group (P> 0.05).Both have no statistical significance.Needle medicine group and control group, the total effective rate was 75.6% group total effective rate was 53.57%. The compare of curative effect of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Total effective needle medicine group was obviously superior to drug group.Conclusion1. Acupuncture combined with drug therapy to change the type of fire neurodermatitis curative effect due to simple drug treatment;2. Acupuncture for liver fire type neurodermatitis with simple, cheap, and low side effects;3. The combination of acupuncture with medicine on pruritus symptom improvement is better than that of pure drugs, and can improve the patients quality of life.
