Runchang Tongbian Treatment Of Auns Common Disease Postoperative Constipation Clinical Studies

Objective: Through comparative study,to observe the clinical efficacy of Runchang Catharsis Laxative in the treatment of Constipation after Common anus.Methods: The 298 patients with anal common disease that met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,52 cases were constipation after mixed hemorrhoidses in the treatment group,33 cases were constipation patients after anal fistula,and 32 cases were constipation patients after anal fissure.30 cases of constipation after perianal abscess;56 cases of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids in the control group,32 cases of constipation after anal fistula,32 cases of constipation after anal fissure,and 31 cases of constipation after perianal abscess.On the third day after operation,the treatment group started to take laxative,200 ml each time,twice a day,and the control group took lactulose oral solution to the 3rd day after operation,each time 10 ml,once a day.The symptom scores such as defecation effort,uncomfortable feeling,anal obstruction,anal pain,stool characteristics,anal bleeding,defecation time,anus bulge and wound edema were observed on the 2nd,4th,5th,And medication discomfort,and statistical software SPSS21.0 results analysis.Results: the age,gender,condition,and symptom scores of the mixed hemorrhoids,anal fistula,anal fissure,and perianal abscess were statistically analyzed.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Patient data are comparable.After treatment(4th,5th,6th and 7th days after operation),the scores of symptoms,signs and signs of mixed hemorrhoidses,anal fistula,anal fissure,and perianal abscess were significantly different(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.After treatment,mixed hemorrhoidses,anal fistula,anal fissure,and perianal abscess had significant differences in efficacy(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.The difference in safety between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The safety of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The effect of Runchang Tongbian decoction on symptoms and signs of postoperative constipation is better than that of lactulose oral solution,which is a simple and effective treatment method with little side effect.
