Qingfei Daozhi Runchang Laxative Treatment Of Children With Constipation (hyperactivity) Food Product In 60 Patients,

OBJECTIVE:To observed according to clearing lung and removing stagnancy,looseing the bowel to relieve constipation method,clinical efficacy on therapy of Children's retention of food and lung heat constipation with Self-made Tongbian Decoction.METHODS :The clinical select 60 Children with retention of food and lung heat constipation, all the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=25) and control group(n=25) for a comparative observation, the treatment group were treated by Self-made Tongbian Decoction; basic prescription: baikal skullcap,almond,Chinese hawthorn,fructus aurantii,chhcken's gizzard-skin,Semen Raphani,hemp seed,angelica sinensis,creeping liriope,at the same time,to besmear crissum with coptidis cream (contain oneself) in order to prevention and cure anal fissure, adding or reducing drugs on base of the self-made decoction:abdominal pain adding areca seed,thick fur adding magnolia officinalis,atractylis;the control group were treated by Yinian Jin powder (medicinal rhubarb,kaladana,areca seed,asiatic ginseng,cinnabar).The course of treatment was 10 days, and 2 courses were required,the follow up was 1 month.RESULT:At the end of the treatment, the efficency rate of the therapy group and the control group were 96.67% and 90.0% respectively; 1 months after the end of therapeutic course, the efficency rate of the therapy group and the control group were 86.67% and 73.33% respectively with a significant difference between the two groups (P <0 05).CONCLUSION: Therapy of Children's Retention of Food and lung heat constipation with clearing lung and Removing Stagnancy,looseing the bowel to relieve constipation method is better than with simple Chinese patent medicine.
