Objective: Observe Chinese medicine run chang yang rong tang joint mosapride willkeep the clinical efficacy of treatment of qi and xue functional constipation, and discussesfrom two aspects of theory and clinical traditionalChinese medicine (TCM) run chang yangrong tang joint mosapride will keep mechanism of action.Methods: Will be included in the standard of both qi and xue type of60patients withfunctional constipation, using the random number table method is divided into two groups,treatment group30cases and control group30cases.Control group to give oral citratemosapride will benefit, on the basis of the control group and treatment group medicinemedicinal broth run chang yang rong tang, around for one period of treatment, taking twoprocedures.Observe the clinical effects of two groups after two period of treatment, and thecured patients were followed up for6months, to observe the long-term curative effect.Results: Clinical studies have shown that the treatment group in main symptoms suchas defecation frequency, properties, defecate difficulty of defecation time, excrement andurine of improvement is better than that of control group, two groups of curative effectexists significant difference, statistically significant (P <0.05).In the two groups aftertreatment in patients with symptoms of TCM total score, respectively, compared withbefore treatment difference had statistical significance (P <0.05), the treatment group andcontrol group all can improve TCM symptoms;Two groups after treatment in patients withsymptoms of TCM total score difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), thetreatment group of TCM symptoms improved total score is better than that of control group.After the treatment, were followed up for6months, the treatment group recurrencerate was26.67%, control group recurrence rate was53.33%, the recurrence of similarbetween the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), long curative effect intreatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion: TCM run chang yang rong tang combined citrate mosapride will benefitpiece of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in such aspects ascomprehensive curative effect, the long-term curative effect is superior to pure westernmedicine group, is the clinical treatment of both qi type of functional constipation is safeand effective method, deserves further research and promotion use.
