Clinical Observation Of Astraggalus Runchang Decoction In The Treatment Of Internal Rectal Prolapse Induced Constipation

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of Astragalus Runchang Decoction "in the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse constipation caused by investigate the decoction for rectal mucosal prolapse constipation caused by therapeutic advantage.Methods:This research mainly adopts randomized, single blind, positive drug parallel comparison test method,60 cases with selected standard rectal mucosa prolapse induced constipation were randomly divided into three groups,30 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in the control group. After statistical analysis, there were no significant differences between the two groups before treatment. The drug treatment group Astragalus Runchang decoction, the control group use of mosapride citrate. The two groups were 2 weeks for 1 courses of treatment, the two groups were compared after 4 weeks of symptom scores, using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results:After 0.01 weeks treatment, the total effective rate of P< 4, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group two weeks after treatment. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, P< 0.01, there were significant differences in the treatment group. Compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly less than the control group, P< 0.01, there were significant differences. Patients in the treatment group were better than the control group in improving defecation and defecation frequency, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Two groups of defecation and anal microscopic examination scores after 2 weeks of treatment without significant difference, P> 0.05, after 4 weeks of treatment compared anoscopy score P< 0.01, significant differences, defecation time, the score of P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Astragalus Runchang Decoction "in the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse due to constipation is better, and it is a is simple, convenient, effective and no adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine preparation, it is worth further study.
