| Objectives Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of external hemorrhoids treatment of hemorrhoids,provide an effective treatment strategy for clinical treatment of acne.Methods This study uses a case-control study,inclusion of acne patients at the No.1 Hospital of Chinese Medicine in Baoding from September 2015 to November 2017,a total of 60 cases.30 cases of treatment group,give external experience square soup rinse treatment;30 cases of control group,give routine surgical debridement and dressing.Simultaneously,both groups of patients were assisted with basic treatment,the application of blood circulation,improve microcirculation drug intravenous infusion therapy.2 weeks for a course of treatment,until the wound surface completely healed,observe clinical efficacy.To assess the healing effect of wound healing,healing degree,healing time,leukocyte changes,single symptoms of Chinese medicine before and after treatment,external skin irritation,safety of medication,and long-term recurrence rate.At the same time,the changes in vital signs,liver and kidney function,etc.were recorded in both groups,observe the adverse effects of drug treatment.Results 1 The two groups were compared on the basis of gender,age,course of disease distribution,nature of work,pre-treatment etiology,area of the area of the wound,and single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine before treatment.After statistical analysis,the P values were all greater than 0.05,and were not statistically significant sex.2 Comparison of curative effects of wound healing: After 2 courses of treatment,the treatment group was cured in 10 cases,markedly in 14 cases,effective in 5 cases,invalid in 1 case,and the total effective rate was 96.67%;in the control group,5 cases were cured and 10 cases were markedly effective.Cases,invalid 3 cases,the total effective rate of 90%,the two groups by statistical analysis,P=0.018<0.05,the healing effect of the treatment group was higher than the control group.3 Comparison of wound healing time between the two groups: the shortest healing time in the treatment group was 10 days,the longest healing time was 60 days,and the average healing time was 44.50 days;the shortest healing time in the control group was 15 days,and the longest healing time was For 98 days,the average healing time was 66.50 days.After statistical analysis(rank sum test),P<0.05,the healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.4 Comparison of wound healing: After 2 courses of treatment,the treatment group included 30 cases,10 cases with first grade sore,18 cases with secondary sores,2 cases with grade 3 sores,and 0 cases with grade 4 sores;control group 30.For example,there were 5 cases of first grade sore,16 cases of secondary sore,6 cases of grade 3 sores,and 3 cases of grade 4 sores,P=0.018<0.05.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5 Comparison of individual symptom scores in traditional Chinese medicine: There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the “purutic secretions,carrion”,The overall effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,in the "exudate and peripheral redness" aspect,the treatment group and the control group had similar therapeutic effects.6 Comparison of safety: There was no significant change between the two groups before and after the general physical examination.After statistical analysis of the specific data on liver and kidney function and blood routine,P>0.05 showed no statistical significance between the two groups.7 There was no adverse reaction during the overall clinical treatment.The medication was safe and reliable.Conclusions Hemorrhoids have a long duration of illness,prolonged healing,and 2 courses of acne treatment with a total effect rate of 96.67%,no significant adverse reactions have occurred.It shows that the decoction treatment can accelerate the healing of hemorrhoids and improve the patient's quality of life.It is a relatively safe and effective method to treat hemorrhoids. |
