Research objective:This research focuses on theoretical and empirical research on the impact of social support on job burnout and turnover intention of nursing care workers.It aims to discover the relationship among social support,job burnout,and turnover intention,and reveals its internal influence mechanism,which helps policy makers.With the pension institution managers,the measures of occupational burnout and turnover tendencies of nursing care workers are better reduced through the construction of social support systems for caregivers.Research contents:This study first defines the concept of nursing care workers,social support,job burnout,and turnover intention,and then builds a relationship between the two groups of the three types of variables: social support,job burnout,and turnover intention.Corresponding theoretical analysis framework,based on which the analysis of the internal relationships among the variables under the three types of variables,put forward relevant series of research hypotheses and construct theoretical models;again through small sample pre-survey results to carry out survey questionnaire correction,and conduct a large-scale formal investigation Data collection;followed by an empirical test of the formal sample data collected based on the theoretical model constructed;the final comparison of the hypothesis with the hypothesis test results,and the conclusion of the final study of this study,and based on this discussion.Research methods:Considering the support resources that this research institute has,we will formally investigate and select the Hangzhou area where the economy is more developed and the aging phenomenon is serious.The formal survey adopts a random stratified sampling method.Due to the shortage of manpower,field surveys and postal questionnaires are used to collect data.Questionnaires are issued at 20 times the number of questionnaires.527 questionnaires are returned,and valid questionnaires are 453.Research conclusions:The group of nursing care workers has the characteristics of high job burnout,high turnover tendency and low social support,and there are significant differences in different demographic characteristics;objective support has a negative effect on the turnover intention of nursing care workers through ow-achieving sense;subjective support It has a direct effect on emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low-achieving sense,and has a negative impact on the turnover intention of nursing care workers through depersonalization and low-achieving sense;supportive utilization degree depersonalizes nursing care workers turnover intention by depersonalization.Policy makers and pension institutions managers should pay attention to the construction of the social support system for the nursing care worker groups,especially to improve their subjective support levels,so as to effectively reduce the level of job burnout and turnover tendencies of the nursing care worker groups.
