With the in-depth development of medical and health,the growing of and people's health needs,the wastage of nurses and the shortage of nursing , the world become increasing concern to worry how to reduce the leaving nurses ,stable care team. This becomes a nursing professional development problem to be solved.This study used survey methods,finded nurses of Changchun City public hospital as research object, its job burnout and turnover intention was carried out systematically. In the investigation of burnout of nurses of Changchun City of on the basis,explore the cause of nurses job burnout demographic and histological factors; Investigation Changchun City of nurses leaving tendency to explore the cause of nurses leaving the demographic and histological factors and nurse burnout and departure orientation relationships, and the initial proposed to reduce nurse burnout and turnover of intervention recommendations for clinical care and management theory.Research tool, the Department of Maslach Burnout Inventory, Turnover Intention Scale and self-compiled nurses general questionnaire. A total of 330 questionnaires were issued, 321 were recovered, of which 312 valid questionnaires were valid response rate 97.2%. Findings:(1) Nurse burnout levels were generally higher,emotional exhaustion dimension of the value of over 9 to 37.5%, depersonalization dimension scores of over 26 accounted for 14.7%, personal accomplishment lower dimension scores lower 34 points up 60.58%, Among them, personal accomplishment drop was strong.(2) Single-factor analysis of variance showed that some demographic variables (age, retaining age, job, education, income) affect the degree of nurse burnout, such as the emotional exhaustion dimension affected by age, retaining age and income, the impact of depersonalization dimension affected by the age, retaining age and educational level, for the individual sense of achievement, educational level is the greater impact.(3) Nurses have higher the tendency of leaving, positions is the impact factor of on the dimension one (the possibility of resigned from the current work) and the dimension two (the possibilities of looking for the other job), income is the impact factor for the dimension 3 (possibilities of access other job) .(4) The level of nurse burnout and turnover intention was positively related. The higher burnout, the higher turnover intention.In response to these findings, this paper proposes to increase salaries, improve social support to reduce nurse burnout levels, reduce the separation tendency.
