With the development of economy and society,Modern performance management theory and practice are widely applied to various fields.With the deepening of the reform of public hospitals,Performance management is also cited by foreign and domestic scholars in the management of public hospitals.It has certain positive significance for the strategic development of hospitals and the level of medical technology.Performance management also plays a great role in promoting hospital performance.The author draws some inspiration from the examples and research results of hospital performance management at home and abroad,and based on this,we do research and innovation.By studying the examples and experiences of the performance evaluation of domestic medical institutions,taking the first hospital of Hohhot as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in the performance management of the hospital,and puts forward his own views in combination with the actual situation of the local and hospital.In order to fully understand the satisfaction of staff to the hospital performance management,through the questionnaire questionnaire and interview form,we know that the current annual assessment of Hohhot First Hospital is only the form,the results are all qualified and excellent,no examination and disqualification.The annual assessment process and evaluation index are not combined with the actual situation in the hospital.The results of the annual assessment are not fair,in fact,they can not play an incentive role to the workers.At the same time,the hospital audit department and the quality management department carry out comprehensive quality safety assessment and two distribution of income according to the economic indicators of the hospital clinical department,but ignore the properties of the public welfare of the hospital,and the results of the examination are contrary to the purpose and interests of the public hospitals.Through the analysis of the present situation of the Hohhot First Hospital performance management,this paper analyzes the effective and effective performance management scheme which can stimulate the vitality of the hospital.The results of performance management can effectively and positively drive the enthusiasm of the hospital staff.Scientific and appropriate performance management promotes rapid implementation of hospital performance strategy.
