At present,China continues to promote the deepening reform of public hospitals.Academics at home and abroad through performance management theory to achieve the management of hospital performance system can not only promote the strategic development of hospitals,but also improve the level of hospital medical care.It is also very important to promote the development of China's medical cause.For the development of public hospitals,employee performance appraisal is the key content of hospital human resource management,and it reflects the effect of human resource management in modern hospitals.By studying the current situation of performance appraisal system in Shuangjiang county hospital,this paper analyses the problems and causes of performance management in Shuangjiang county hospital,and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize performance appraisal management system in Shuangjiang county hospital by drawing on the advanced experience of performance management at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of hospitals.Through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews,we found a series of problems need to be solved in Shuangjiang county hospital,such as the lack of systematic evaluation indicators,the failure to implement performance appraisal,the mismatch between performance appraisal and salary system,the incomplete setting of evaluation indicators,the imperfect evaluation and supervision system,and so on.In order to solve the above problems,measures can be taken,including clarifying the political orientation of hospital social responsibility,strengthening hospital Leaders' understanding of performance management,improving performance evaluation management indicators,building professional performance management team and strengthening hospital information construction,etc.To construct the personalized performance management of Shuangjiang county hospital will make the system more just and fair to achieve Shuangjiang county hospital performance appraisal,is more conducive to comprehensive and dynamic assessment of hospital performance,and promote the strategic development of Shuangjiang county hospital.
