Objective: To research the correlation among work satisfaction,job burnout and turnover intention of medical stuff from certain Class three Grade A hospital in Jilin Province and analysis it in scientific and reasonable way,discuss the impact degree of different demography characteristic like gender,age,professional title and education background to work satisfaction,job burnout and turnover intention,probe the existence of intermediary role or not among the three factors,provide effective basis for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies.Method: An questionnaire survey was conducted by random sampling among the doctor nurse、medical technic stuff 、administrative stuff and worker woking at some Class three Grade A hospital in Jilin Province.The total number of the questionnaire suvey given out is 806 and all the survy is back,the recovery rate is 100%.Except 31 invalid survey,the other 775 is valid,the valid recovery rate is 96.15%.The survey conclude four part:demography characteristic、work satisfaction、job burnout and turnover intention.Epidata3.1 software was used to double input data,spss21.0 software was used to statistic and analysis,the main statistic method conclude: descriptive analysis statistics,variance analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,hierarchical regression analysis.Result: 1.Age aspect.With the age grow,medical stuff to the self-job satisfaction present a posture of which decline gradually and then rise slowly,,the age from 31 to 40 is the bottom of satisfaction.2.Professional title.The survey shows that when you turn into the real medical stuff in other words to be the professional title of junior,with the grow of professional title,the behavior of depersonalization in other word lack of human touch will decline gradually.3.Post.The survey shows that the satisfaction level of clinic post is lower than no-clinic post,the job burnout level is higher,in other words,the satisfaction level of doctor and nurse is lower than manage and labor post,the job burnout level is higher.4.The correlation among work satisfaction 、 job burnout and turnover intention..The survey shows that there is obviously negative correlation between work satisfaction and job burnout,the higher of self-job satisfaction,the lower of job burnout.The survey shows that there is obviously negative correlation between work satisfaction and turnover intention,the higher of self-job satisfaction,the lower of turnover intention.The survey shows that there is obviously positive correlation between job burnout and turnover intention,the higher of job burnout,the more obvious of turnover intention.Conclusion: 1.Demography characteristic have a certain effect on work satisfaction、job burnout and turnover intention,different demography make different level of work satisfaction、job burnout and turnover intention.2.There is obviously negative correlation between work satisfaction and job burnout,there is obviously negative correlation between work satisfaction and turnover intention,there is obviously positive correlation between job burnout and turnover intention.3.Job satisfaction make partly mediating effect between job burnout and turnover intention,consider of the demography characteristic,the partly mediating effect still be obvious.
