Objective: to observe the clinical effect of combined with JBD in the treatment of KOA.Methods: the research object is diagnosed with wind cold dampness type certification,70 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients,using simple random number table method to patients with 70 patients were divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 35 cases,control group patients received JBD subtraction oral treatment,treatment group patients received massage combined with JBD subtraction treatment.In the two groups,the efficacy indicators(HSS score,VAS score)and TCM syndrome score were respectively calculated and observed during treatment 10 and 20 times.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was 85.71%,and the control rate was 68.57%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).according to statistical analysis,there was no significant improvement in knee activity in the two groups after 20 treatments,and the pain improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase of knee activity was significantly higher than that in the oral treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: massage combined with JBD can effectively improve the knee joint pain and ROM in patients with KOA,and recommend the use in clinic.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome improvement massage combined with oral Juanbi decoction group is better than the control group,which provides the basis for external treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
