Purpose: By observing the difference between VAS score,WOMAC score, infrared thermal imaging temperature and curative effect evaluation before and after treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients, the effects of traditional massage therapy and tendon massage therapy on KOA Advantage.Materials and Methods: A total of 150 inpatients with income from the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Northern Hospital of Shenyang Military Region during the period from January to February in 2016 were randomly divided into traditional massage group and tendon massage group. Each group had patients 75 name.Traditional massage group with reference to "massage therapy".Focus on the knee for the local blood sea,Liang Qiu,inside and outside the knee, crane top,Yanglingquan,A is the hole, etc.,the distal rabbit,Zusanli and so on.The barley massage group with reference to Xue Li Gong "Chinese by the tendon".From the top down to the patient foot Yangming, sun,Shaoyang and Sanyinbao tendons in the abdomen, waist, knee ankle, etc.use kneading, plucked, slippery approach to the overall rational reinforcement, the elimination of muscle,Membrane spasms and tension, and then focus on the middle of the knee, knee rear side, the front of the knee and the knee inside the nodded point of the point of click, horizontal slip and other means to eliminate one by one.Two groups of patients were 25 min / time, day 1,1 week 7 times,a total of 4 weeks of treatment. After the end of the course of treatment, two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment(1)knee pain(VAS score);(2)WOMAC score;(3)the temperature of the lateral, lateral, lateral, medial surface temperature of the patient's knee joint(° C);(4)Efficacy evaluation: The VAS index and the WOMAC score were used to measure the clinical symptom score, that is,the improvement value / pre-treatment value × 100%(improvement value for the pre-treatment value-after treatment),the improvement of the indicators Percentage of the percentage calculated after the average percentage of efficacy evaluation, divided into four grades.Cure: improvement percentage is ?90%;markedly: improvement percentage is 90% ~ 50%;improvement: improvement percentage is 50% ~ 30%;healed: improvement percentage is ? 30%.Result: 1.The VAS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional massage group, the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the traditional massage group(P <0.05).2.The WOMAC score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the traditional massage group(P <0.05).The WOMAC score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the traditional massage group(P <0.05).3..There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).The temperature of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05)Compared with the traditional massage group, the temperature of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the traditional massage group(P <0.05).4.The total effective rate was 96%.In the traditional massage group,15 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly improved,34 cases were improved,6 cases were not cured, and 6 cases were cured. The total effective rate was 92%.(P <0.05).The curative effect of the massage group was better than that of the traditional massage group. Conclusion: 1.In reducing pain in patients with KOA,tendon massage therapy is superior to traditional massage therapy.2.In improving the dysfunction of patients with KOA,tendon massage therapy is superior to traditional massage therapy.3.In the infrared thermal imaging surface temperature observation point temperature changes, the tendon massage therapy is superior to traditional massage therapy.4.In the efficacy of KOA patients, the tendon massage therapy is superior to traditional massage therapy.
