| Objective:In order to discuss the two kinds of moxibustion for treatment of knee osteoarthritis curative effect difference,this study observed the respective efficacy of Han Teng jade plate moxibustion combined with massage and revolving moxibustion combined with massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(wind-cold-dampness arthralgia).Methods:Enrollment 80 patients in Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were randomly assigned in experimental group and control group in accordance with the standard of entry group.The two groups were in the massage department of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treatment of knee osteoarthritis(wind-cold-dampness arthralgia)massage scheme as the foundation treatment,the experimental group is Han Teng jade plate moxibustion group,application of new environmental friendly Han Teng jade plate moxibustion treatment;the control group is the revolving moxibustion group,application of revolving moxibustion treatment.The curative effect was evaluation at before and after the first,second,third and fourth courses(5 days for a course)of treatment.After all the treatments were completed,the overall curative effect was evaluated.Results:1.Han Teng jade plate moxibustion group and revolving moxibustion group(cyclotron baseline demographic data,disease information)showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),comparable between the two groups.2.Han Teng jade plate moxibustion group and revolving moxibustion group in cyclotron in the two groups before and after the treatment ofVAS score table,WOMAC score table,Lysholmscore table within the group.After treatment,the scores were significantly different than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).In the above result,in addition to the Lysholm score in a swelling score,the scores of the Han Teng jade plate moxibustion group were better than the revolving moxibustion group after treatment,and these differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.After four courses of treatment comparison,the total effective rate of Han Teng jade plate moxibustion group was 92.68%.the total effective rate of revolving moxibustion group was 81.57%.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the Han Teng jade plate moxibustion in treatment of knee osteoarthritis(cold dampness type)than the effect of revolving moxibustion therapy is more significant.4.Safety and compliance of Han Teng jade plate moxibustion group and revolving moxibustion group maneuver treatment group two were good.Conclusion:1.The effect of Han Teng jade plate moxibustion group was better than the revolving moxibustion group.It was mainly reflected in alleviating knee pain,shortening the stiffness of knee joint and improving the physiological function of knee joint.2.In terms of improved degree of swelling in the knee joint,the effect of the revolving moxibustion group was better than the Han Teng jade plate moxibustion group.3.The new environmental friendly Han Teng jade plate moxibustion combined with massage in treatment of knee osteoarthritis(wind-cold-dampness arthralgia)has obvious curative effect,good safety,with further research and promotion of treatment. |
