Clinical Observation Of "He Shang San" Fumigation And Washing In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis For Mild To Moderate Wind-Dampness And Wetness

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of" He Shang San" fumigation and washing in the treatment of Knee osteoasthritis(KOA)for mild to moderate of wind and dampness,and to initially verify the clinical value of " He Shang San" in the treatment of KOA and better transmission Promote the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal diseases.Methods:A total of 60 KOA patients with the mild to moderate of wind and dampness were included and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with"He Shang San"for fumigation and washing,and the control group was treated with compound Nanxing analgesic plaster.Treatment course 2 Weeks,followed for 3 months.Observe the changes of VAS score,WOMAC score,quality of life score,gait analysis data and other indicators before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results:?Comparison within the group:VAS scores and WOMAC scores of the two groups after treatment and 3 months of follow-up were lower than those before treatment,and SF-36 scores of 3 months after treatment were also better than those before treatment.After treatment,the frequency of gait,gait cycle,stride,pace,and maximum knee flexion scores of the two groups were better than before treatment.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).?Comparison between groups:The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of WOMAC in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.Among them,the changes in the stiffness score at 3 months follow-up were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of SF-36 scores,the physical function,physical pain,general health,emotional function,and social function scores of patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after 3 months of follow-up.Among them,physiological function(P=0.017)and physical pain(P=0.008)The score is significantly better than the control group,There was no statistically significant difference in physiological function,mental health and vitalityscores(P>0.05).In terms of gait analysis,the frequency,stride,double support phase,and maximum knee flexion of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.Among them,the changes of knee maximum flexion score were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.01),However,there was no significant difference in gait cycle,pace,support phase of affected limb,and swing phase of affected limb(P>0.05).?Adverse reactions:16 patients in the control group developed skin pruritus,6 patients had moderate pruritus,10 patients had mild pruritus,and the other subjects did not experience any adverse events.Conclusion:" He Shang Sanw fumigation and washing for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the mild to moderate of rheumatoid arthritis is effective.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve knee function,improve the quality of life of patients,and has good safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
