Clinical Observation On 60 Cases Of Osteoarthritis Of Knee Joint Treated By Aiye Powder Fumigation And Washing Combined With Iontophoresis

OBJECTIVE:To treat patients with wind-cold and wet-type knee osteoarthritis by using Aiye powder and fumigation combined with iontophoresis.The WOMAC score,VAS pain score and physical score of knee joint were measured after treatment,and Aiye powder fumigation combined with iontophoresis was evaluated.To evaluate the efficacy,reliability and safety of the treatment of wind-cold and wet-type knee osteoarthritis,and to evaluate the clinical application of Aiye Powder and Iontophoresis in the treatment of wind-cold and wet-type knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The case data of this study were collected from 60 inpatients with wind-cold and damp-type osteoarthritis hospitalized in Shenyang City Orthopaedic Hospital.60 hospitalized patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table: observation group and control group.30 cases.At the beginning of the first day,the experimental group was treated with Aiye Powder 1 bag/time,3 times a day for combined iontophoresis for 30min/time,once a day and 100 mg of loxoprofen sodium tablets,60 mg daily for 3 times;The group was treated with loxoprofen sodium tablets.Usage: 60 mg daily for 3 times,14 days for1 course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.The patient's knee VAS pain score,WOMAC score,and physical score were measured after treatment.RESULTS:All patients were followed up for a complete follow-up.After 6 months of treatment,the combined evaluation of knee WOMAC score and knee function was improved in both groups,but the knee joint WOMAC score and knee joint of the experimental group The comprehensive evaluation of function was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Yefan fumigation combined with iontophoresis can alleviate the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis and restore knee function,and has good clinical application value.
