Association Of Polymorphisms Of ACE-1,ACE-2 With Hypertension In The Xinjiang Hotan Uyghur People

Objective: to study the ACE-1,ACE-2 gene polymorphism and the correlation of hotan region in xinjiang uygur hypertension crowds.Methods: as a research field in xinjiang's hotan region,random yutian county,pu county,hotan county,this county,deals with in May2012 in December the healthy check-up,deals with 40 or higher,the uygur unrelated local permanent residents as the research object.,divided into 92 cases of hypertension group(54cases of male,38 cases of female)in the control group in the control group total 130 cases(male 75,female 55 cases),using case-control study,choose uniform distribution in ACE,ACE-2 the entire gene SNP loci,use whole genome scanning method to select the ACE-1gene rs4267385 7 all loci,ACE-2 gene rs1514283 10 loci detection of gene polymorphism.Statistical methods using single factor Logistic regression calculation under different sites by using the homozygous OR value,using multiariable Logistic regression calculation under different site after adjustment for confounding factors each homozygous OR value.Results:the ACE rs879922-1 gene loci,compared with the C allele carriers,GG homozygote independent protection factors for high blood pressure;ACE-2,at A rs12451328 site,compared with the allele a.carriers,homozygous CC as independent risk factors for disease;Rs4316818 site,compared with the C allele carriers,homozygous TT as independent risk factors for disease;For rs879922 loci,compared with the C allele carriers,GG homozygous for independent protection factors of the disease.Conclusion: the ACE-1 gene found three loci gene polymorphism,the ACE of 2-2 gene loci gene polymorphism may be associated with high blood pressure.
