Objective: To study the adrenal angiotensin aldosterone system(renin–angiotensin–aldosterone system,RAAS)in three genes are angiotensin ty Pe 1rece Ptor(AT1R)gene A1166 C,angiotensinogen(AGT)gene M235 T and aldosterone synthase(CYP11B2)gene C-355 T Polymor Phism in Han areas in Shandong Province and essential hy Pertension(essential hy Pertension,EH)correlation.Methods: In Heze Munici Ple Hos Pital of Shandong Province and Heze Medical College Affiliated Hos Pital wards and out Patient collection of Primary hy Pertension diagnosed as ex Perimental grou P;and through the examination of selected healthy adults as the control grou P.In the ex Perimental grou P,600 cases were collected,and 400 cases were collected in the control grou P.The Polymor Phism of AT1 R gene A1166 C,angiotensinogen(AGT)gene M235 T and aldosterone synthase(CYP11B2)gene C-355 T in the whole genome DNA of the ex Perimental grou P and the control grou P were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS software(including inde Pendent t test and Person-x2 test).Results:(1)AT1R gene A1166 C AA of ex Perimental grou P,the frequencies of AC and CC genoty Pes were 83.7%,16.3% and 0,res Pectively 95%,5% and 0 in the control grou P,the two grou Ps were com Pared and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ex Perimental grou P subjects in A and C alleles frequencies were 91.8%,8.2%,97.5%and 2.5% res Pectively in the control grou P,there were significant differences between the two grou Ps(P<0.05),the subjects of the ex Perimental grou P of AC genoty Pe and C allele frequency was significantly increased.(2)the angiotensinogen(AGT)gene M235 T in ex Perimental grou P MM,MT and TT genoty Pe frequencies were 88.7%,8.7% and 2.6%in the control grou P were 97.5%,2% and 0.5%,were com Pared between the two grou Ps was statistically significant(P<0.001);M and T alleles in the ex Perimental grou P the subjects for the frequency were 93.7%,6.3%,98.5% and 1.5% res Pectively in the control grou P,there were significant differences between the two grou Ps(P<0.001),the subjects of the ex Perimental grou P MT,TT genoty Pe and T allele frequency was significantly increased.(3)aldosterone synthase(CYP11B2)gene in the ex Perimental grou P CC,CT and TT genoty Pe frequencies were 88.3%,8.4% and 3.3% in the control grou P were96.5%,2.5% and 1%,were com Pared between the two grou Ps was statistically significant(P=0.006);C and T allele of subjects in the ex Perimental grou P because the frequencies were 7.5%,92.5%,2.2% and 97.8% res Pectively in the control grou P,there were significant differences between the two grou Ps(P<0.001),the subjects of the ex Perimental grou P CT,TT genoty Pe and C allele frequency was significantly increased.Conclusion:(1)in Shandong Han Po Pulation,the incidence of AT1 R gene A1166 C Polymor Phism and essential hy Pertension in Patients with correlations between AC genoty Pe and C allele may be a Potential risk factor of hy Pertension;(2)the incidence of.AGT gene M235 T Polymor Phism and Primary hy Pertensive Patients have certain correlation,MT,TT genoty Pe and T allele may be a Potential risk factor of hy Pertension;(3)the incidence of aldosterone synthase(CYP11B2)gene Polymor Phism and essential hy Pertension Patients,there is a certain correlation,CT,TT genoty Pe and C allele the gene may be a Potential risk factor of hy Pertension.
