Objective: To explore the association between adiponectin gene single nucleotide Polymorphisms and Essential Hypertension of Buyi and Miao minorities. Methods: Choose 70 confirmed essential hypertension patients as Buyi hypertension groupin Zhenfeng people’s hospital and all the towns and townships’ institutes of health from January 2014 to October 2014, and 70 Han hypertension patients as Han hypertension group, randomly choose concurrent 70 normotensive Buyi patients as Buyi comparison group and 70 normotensive Han patients as Han comparison group, to detect the genotype and allele frequency distribution with the polymerase chain reaction- restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR- RFLP) technique, compare the adiponectin SNP45 and SNP276 genotype distribution of all groups’ subject. Results: ①There is statistically significant in APMI SNP45T/G genotype and allelefrequency distribution between Buyi hypertension group and comparison group(P<0.05), the Buyi T gene carriers hypertension group was obviously higher than that of comparison group(P<0.05), the comparison results are similar between the two groups of Han subjects and Buyi subject;②There is no statistically significant in APMI SNP45T/G genotype and allele frequency distribution between Buyi hypertension group and comparison group(P<0.05), the Buyi T gene carriers hypertension group was obviously higher than that ofcomparison group( P<0.05), the comparison results are similar between the two groups of Han subjects and Buyi subject;③On adiponectin SNP45 polymorphism loci, the risk of essential hypertension of Buyi T allele carriers is 1.794 times of G allele carriers, and the risk of essential hypertension of Han T allele carriers is 1.867 times of G allele carriers. Conclusion: There is an obvious association between adiponectin gene SNP45 in Qian Xi Nan Han and Buyi minorities of Guizhou and essential hypertension, and T allele carriers have a greater risk for essential hypertension, then there is no obvious association between adiponectin gene SNP276 and essential hypertension. |
