Association Between Polymorphisms Of MR Gene, 11HSβD2 Gene And Pregnancy Induced Hypertension In Chinese Population

Objective:The aim of this experiment is to study the association of the A760G C944T 2561T polymorphisms in the mineralocorticoid receptor gene and the C2561T polymorphism in the 11 13-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 2 gene with pregnancy induced hypertension in the Chinese population .Methods:We extracted the genome DNA form leukocyte , used the PCR-ASO method to document the polymorphisms of the mineralocorticoid receptor gene, used the PCR-RFLP method to document the polymorphism of the 11 fi-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 2 gene.Results:(1)Detecting the asscioation of A760G and C944T polymorphisms with the pregnancy induced hypertension .The research subject has been divided into three groups, we found thatthe frequency of the A allel of the A760G is 83.17% and the G allel is 16. 83% in the normal pregnancy woman, the frequency of the A allel of the A760G is 84.17%and the G allel is 15.83% in the preganacy induced hypertension, the frequency of the A allel of the A760G is 86. 84% and the G allel is 13. 16% in the random women controls; the frequency of the C allel of the C944T is 58% and the T allelis 42%in the normal pregnancy woman , the frequency of the C allel of the C944T is 53. 45% and the T allelis 46. 55% in the preganacy induced hypertension, the frequency of the C allel of the C944T is 55. 15% and the T allel is 44.85% in the random women controls.(2) Detecting the asscioation of C2561T polymorphism with the pregnancy induced hypertension.The T allel of the C2561T polymorphism is not existes in the Chinese population .(3) Detecting the asscioation of G534A polymorphism with the pregnancy induced hypertension.The G534A polymorphism is low freauency in the Chinese population ,there is only one heterozygocity in the normal pregnancy woman and no A allel in the preganacy induced hypertension and random women controls .Conclusion:(1) The A760G polymorphism of mineralocorticoid receptor gene is exist in the Chinese population but not associated with pregnancy induced hypertension.(2) The C944T polymorphism of mineralocorticoid receptor gene is exist in the Chinese population but not associated with pregnancy induced hypertension.(3) The C2561T polymorphism of mineralocorticoid receptor gene is not exist in the Chinese population.(4) The G534A polymorphism of 11 6-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 2 gene is exist in the Chinese population but not associated with pregnancy induced hypertension.
