| Objective:To investigate the association of the PD-1gene SNP rs41386349(C/T)with Kawasaki disease (KD) susceptibility and Coronary artery lesions in children with Kawasaki disease. Methods:For the case control study, a total of25patients with KD and20healthy people were enrolled from2010to2012. In the experimental group of25patients did not have any blood relationship? And the control group has included20healthy people who never had any history of autoimmune disease including KD previously or any family history of autoimmune disease. The patient group included12coronary artery lesions and13noncoronary artery lesions. The genotype of PD-1rs41386349was performed by polymerase chain reaction and direct DNA sequencing. According to the DNA sequencing results, compared allelic gene frequency and genotype frequency between cases and controls.Results:1. KD group and the control group, the frequencies of genotype and allele is found: the genotype frequencies of PD-1gene rs41386349(x2=6.922, P<0.05) and allele frequency (x2=7.524, P<0.05) has the remarkable difference, the T allele was greater than OR1(OR=3.641)2. Comparison between CAL group and NCAL group, the frequencies of genotypes and alleles of PD-1gene discovery:rs41386349KD patients in the CAL group and NCAL group alleles (x2=1.524, P>0.05) and genotypes (x2=0.556, P>0.05) were not significantly different frequencies.Conclusion:1. PD-1gene SNP rs41386349polymorphism may be associated with the susceptibility of KD in Chinese Han nationality children.2.PD-1gene SNP locus rs41386349T allele may be the risk in Chinese Hannationality children KD increases.3. PD-1gene SNP locus rs41386349C allele may be a Chinese Han children KD a protective gene, genotype CC may make the danger of children in Chinese Han KD reduction. |
