Association Of Polymorphisms Of ACE-1gene With Natural Longevity In The Xin Jiang Uyghur People

Objective: To explore the polymorphisms of angiotensin overtingenzyme(AGE-1) gene and its relation to natural longevity and in the Xinjiang Uygur people. Me thod: A total of 321 individuals aged 90 years from Xinjiang Hotan Uyghur as th e longevitygroup,longetiy group were classied(EH group and control groups),92 un related individuals from the same are who died naturally at the age of 61 一 73 in the same period were selected as the control grop. Six single polymorphisms(SN Ps) of ACE-1 gene rs4267385 were genotyped. Result: The distribution of rs C/T,CT,TT allele rs4316818 in longevity group was higher than control group,stati stical significance(P<0. 005),The distribution of T allele rs 4305 in longevity group(75%) was higher than control group(63.75%),statistical significance(P<0.005). distr ibution Of ohter 4 rs locus between the longevity group and the control group sho wed no statistically significant differences(all P>0. 05). Conclusion: SNP of rs4316818,rs4305 of ACE-1 gene may be significantly hypertension pation in longevity group.
