The Clinical Research Of Jianpiyifei Decoction For The Treatment Of Chronic Cough In Children

Objectives: Objective to evaluate the Clinical curative effect observation of Jianpi Yifei Decoction in the treatment of children with chronic coughApproaches: In 60 cases of Lung and Spleen Deficiency of chronic cough in children as the research object,randomized controlled trials,with Jianpi Yifei Decoction as treatment group,Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets group,30 cases in each group,were administered for 10 days,two groups were observed before and 10 days after treatment,symptoms and signs and changes of scores,and the use of statistical software SPSS20.0 of all the experimental data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)After 10 days of treatment,the results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The treatment group and control group in the total efficiency of rank sum test,the data of the two groups had significant difference(P < 0.05),Jianpi Yifei Decoction Treatment of chronic cough(lung and spleen deficiency)the overall effect is better than Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets.(2)Between the individual symptom scores by t test was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),chest X-ray results by chi square test showed no significant difference(P > 0.05),no difference between the treatment group two patients before each individual symptom scores and chest X-ray results can be compared.After inspection,after 10 days of treatment,the treatment group were different compared with the control group of patients with cough,expectoration,sweating,anorexia,defecate abnormal symptoms and chest X-ray results(p<0.05),but the two groups of pulmonary signs signs integral comparison no significant difference(p>0.05),The treatment for cough,expectoration,sweating,anorexia,abnormal stools and other symptoms and signs of the treatment group than the control group of drug efficacy;on chest radiograph improved,the treatment group than the control group;the pulmonary symptoms improved,no difference between the two groups of drug efficacy,results quite.Conclusion:(1)Jianpi Yifei Decoction for treating children chronic cough(respiratory tract infection)has good clinical curative effect of lung and spleen deficiency syndrome,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the treatment effect is better than Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets(total efficiency 80%);(2)In the improvement of chronic cough in children with cough,expectoration,sweating,anorexia,abnormal stools and other symptoms and signs,Jianpi Yifeiyin curative effect is better than that of Montelukast chewable tablets.
