| Objectives To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yifei Ointment Treating Children Asthma in Delayed Period(Wind-Phlegm Love Lung,Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency Ty Pe),explore its prescription and drug characteristics,and hope to provide data for enriching clinical treatment programs for children with asthma With data.Methods In this project,80 children who were admitted to the pediatric clinic of Baoding First Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the diagnostic criteria of pediatric asthma with prolonged wind phlegm love lung and lung spleen qi deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given Pulmicort Dubao treatment,and the treatment group was given oral Jianpi Yifei ointment(provided by Baoding No.1 Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine).The course of treatment was 2 months.After 2 months of treatment,the improvement of the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,C-ACT score,pulmonary function parameters,and the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the two groups were observed,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results 1 A total of 80 children in the prolonged period of asthma(wind phlegm love lung,lung and spleen qi deficiency type)were enrolled,40 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group,and 4 cases fell out due to failure of follow-up of the children,changes in the condition and other reasons(treatment group 2 cases,2 cases in the control group)actually completed 76 cases(38 cases in the treatment group,38 cases in the control group).After comparing the two groups before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,single symptom scores of major and minor symptoms,and TCM syndrome scores,and they were comparable(P < 0.05).2After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.According to statistical analysis,P < 0.05 was statistically significant,suggesting that Jianpi Yifei Ointment and Pulmicort Dubao treat the prolonged period of asthma(wind phlegm love lung,lung Spleen-qi deficiency type)have curative effect.After treatment,P < 0.05 in terms of wheezing,cough,wheezing,nasal congestion,anorexia,and fatigue,and P < 0.05 in terms of chest tightness and loose stools,suggesting that the spleen and lungs are invigorated.The ointment is better than Pulmicort in terms of wheezing,coughing,wheezing,nasal congestion,anorexia,and fatigue,but there is no significant difference in chest tightness and loose stools.3 Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the pulmonary function parameters PEF and FEV1/FVC between the two groups of children(P > 0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the two groups of children were compared with the pulmonary function parameters PEF and FEV1/FVC.Significant increase before treatment(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group was better than the control group.4 Comparing the scores of TCM syndromes and C-ACT scores between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.5 In the treatment group,5cases were clinically cured,24 cases were markedly effective,7 cases improved,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.73%;the control group clinically cured3 cases,markedly effective 14 cases,improved 17 cases,and failed 4 cases,with a total effective rate of 89.47%.After rank sum test analysis,P < 0.05,there is a significant difference,which proves that Jianpi Yifei Ointment is better than Pulmicort Dubao in the treatment of prolonged asthma in children(wind phlegm love lung,lung spleen qi deficiency).6 Safety observation No clinical adverse events and adverse reactions were found in this study.There were no abnormalities in the safety indicators of liver and kidney function before and after treatment in the children.Conclusions 1 Invigorating the spleen and lungs ointment can significantly improve the symptoms of wheezing,wheezing,coughing,anorexia,nasal congestion,and fatigue for 6to 14-year-old children with asthma.The curative effect is better than that of Pulmicort.2Jianpi Yifei ointment has the effect of protecting lung function in children with asthma from 6 to 14 years old.3 In the test,no adverse events were found with the test drug,which initially suggested the safety of the clinical application of Jianpi Yifei Ointment.Figure 0;Table 14;Reference 120... |
