Clinical Observation Of Self-Made Yiqizhike Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Cough In Children(Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen-Qi)

Objective:The purpose of this research is to treat chronic cough of pulmonary and spleen qi deficiency type in children by the method of "tracing the origin and seeking the source of phlegm and blood stasis" based on the theory of "treating diseases must be based on this" in traditional medicine.The Decoction of Tonifying Qi and relieving cough is added and subtracted(medicines consist of Astragalus membranaceus 10 g,Radix Pseudostellariae 10 g,Atractylodes Macrocephalae 6g,Radix Paeoniae Alba 10 g,Fangfeng10g,Salvia miltiorrhiza 10 g,pin Hu 6G and roasted licorice 3G were used to treat children with chronic cough of deficiency of lung and spleen qi.The clinical effect of this treatment and prescription was evaluated,and its effectiveness was confirmed,which could provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with chronic cough.Methods: 60 patients with chronic cough(pulmonary-spleen-qi deficiency type)in the pediatric outpatient department of the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Academy of Sciences(March 2018-December 2018)were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Tongkang Tablets orally(produced by Guangzhou Kanghe Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.with the approval number Z44021330);drug composition:Astragalus membranaceus,Atractylodes macrocephala,yam,oyster,Fangfeng,tangerine peel;specification: 0.2gx96 tablets/bottle;usage and dosage: oral,3-4 tablets per day(1tablet per day under 3 years old,3 tablets per day,2 tablets per time between 3 years old and 6 years old;3 tablets per day,3 tablets per time,over 6 years old;Three times a day.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Zhike Decoction,and the curative effect of the two groups was compared after 3 weeks.The symptoms and signs of the two groups were recorded in detail before and after treatment.Statistical software was used for analysis and comparison to determine the treatment effect of the treatment group and the control group,and to verify the feasibility of the subject.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group treated with Yiqi Zhike Decoction was 90%,and that of the control group treated with Tongkang Tablet was73.33%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group by statistical analysis.Through clinical observation,it was found that the symptoms of cough and tongue coating in the treatment group were significantly alleviated compared with those in the control group,and the improvement of burnout and fatigue in the concurrent symptoms was stronger than that in the control group.Conclusion: Yiqi Zhike Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on children with chronic cough(deficiency of lung and spleen qi),and its total effect is better than Tongkang Tablet.
