Clinical Observation Of BuZhongYiQi Decoction In The Auxiliary Treatment Of Lung Spleen-Deficiency Type Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective To observe the decoction of BuZhongYiQieffects on the treatment of lung spleen-deficiency type of chronic glomerulonephritis, also to explore the mechanism of BuZhongYiQidecoction for lung spleen-deficiency type of chronic glomerulonephritisthrough the randomized controlled trail.Methods All the patients choose from WenZhou Chinese medical hospital of renal medicine and O’Hai model village street community health service center, a total of 65 cases of patients with chronic glomerular nephritis, according to the order to the patient were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group (33 cases, follow-up process fall off in 1 case, the control group 32 cases;Control group with western medicine therapy on a regular basis, the treatment group based on routine treatment added with fill yiqi decoction on the basis of decoction, and according to the patients with hematuria, proteinuria, and so on and so forth and subtract the cutting, treatment for 3 months, after the treatment restore routine western medicine foundation treatment in treatment group, control group still maintain the original treatment, treatment after 1 months follow-up, the end of treatment and follow-up observation comparison before and after treatment and follow-up of two groups of TCM clinical syndrome integral, renal function, blood lipid, blood and urine protein changes in the indicators.Results TCM syndrome integral, renal function, blood lipids, blood albumin of Two groups in the treatment were showed no significant difference.In the two groups after treatment in the aspect of TCM syndrome integral are improved, with significant difference compared with before treatment (P< 0.05). and compared between the two groups have significant differences, BuZhongYiQi decoction group in improving the TCM syndrome integral aspect has more obvious advantages compared with the western medicine foundation.And follow-up treatment group was still maintained a significant advantage;The treatment group in improving patients’renal function, hemoglobin, blood lipid,24 h urine protein is better than that in control group, with significant difference (P< 0.05), and still maintained a significant advantage during follow-up.Two groups had no adverse reactions in treatment process.Conclusions BuZhongYiQi decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptom of spleen and lung qi deficiency of chronic glomerulonephritis patients, improve patient quality of life, and can slow down the progress of the disease, and have good effects on chronic glomerulonephritis.
