| Objective: To observe the efficacy of Reinforcing spleen and strengthening Qi decoctiontreatment of chronic cough in children(lung spleen-deficiency).Methods: Between January2013to January2014, received treatment in Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, First Clinical Hospital pediatric outpatient children60casesmet the inclusion criteria, using a random number table divided into treatment group and control group,30cases. Treatment groups: Reinforcing spleen and strengthening Qi for the law togive oral Reinforcing spleen and strengthening Qi decoction: Astragalus10g sealwort10garborvitae tops10g rhizomaz atrzctylodis10g codonopsis pilosula10g Chinese magnoliavinefruit6g liquorice3g. The drug are free fried preparations (provided by Sanjiu Pharmaceutical). Dosage: The above various drugs each bag, mix it with warm water blunt. The age of113days,1-4years old a two days,4-5years old11.5days, more than one-year-old one day, three times a day orally. Treatment for15days. Control group: oral administration of child Tablets(Health and Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou, approval number: Zhunzi Z44021330),within3years of the first one, three times a day;3to6years time2, Day3times;6years of age or a3,3times a day. Treatment for15days.Results: The two drugs for chronic cough have a certain effect. After statistical analysis,Reinforcing spleen and strengthening Qi decoction total effective rate was96.7%in thecontrol group total effective rate was80%, both of which have significant differences (P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group, indicating beneficial treatment of Chronic cough gas spleen (DLS type) a significant effect.Conclusion: Reinforcing spleen and strengthening Qi decoction on chronic cough,cansignificantly improve the symptoms and clinical signs of chronic cough, efficacy, play to theadvantages of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic cough, with research and promotional value. |
