Jiaweixiangshaliujunzi Decoction Combined With Cupping Acupoints On Back Therapy Treatment Of Lung And Spleen Deficiency Pneumonia Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Cough

Objective: Through to the pneumonia cough lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in children with convalescent treatment, routine use of Jiawei Xiangshaliujunzi decoction Combined with cupping therapy and Western medicine only by the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Jiawei Xiangshaliujunzi decoction and simple use of cupping therapy by comparison, observation of clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese Medicine Jiawei Xiangshaliujunzi decoction Combined with cupping therapy in the treatment of pneumonia in children.Methods: We selected 120 children cases of hospitalzation form Hebei Province of traditional Chinese medical Hospital into the standard. They were randomly divided into 4 groups:western medicine group, Chinese medicine group, cupping group and combined treatment group by randomized controlled methods, 30 cases in each group. The western medicine group continue to given the original scheme. The therapy of chinese medicine group was given Jiawei Xiangshaliujunzi decoction(using the free frying granules preparation, day one agent, 2 times one day), cupping group was given back acupoints cupping therapy, combined treatment group was given Jiawei Xiangsha liujunzi decoction and back acupoints cupping therapy, the treatment last for 5days. We evaluate the clinical efficacy of each groups before and after experiment by the total clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome total score, clinical symptoms and signs of the single item score and total score.The collected datas analyzed by SPSS16.0 statistical software.Results: The cure rate and significant efficiency of 4group: western medicine group, Chinese medicine group, cupping group and combined treatment group were 60%, 83.3%, 80%, 96.7%.The cure rate and significant efficiency of combined treatment group was better compared with western medicine group, Chinese medicine group, cupping group. The cure rate of traditional Chinese medicine group and cupping group was no significant difference, they were better than western medicine group. The improvement of main symptoms and signs: there were no significant differences between the traditional Chinese medicine group, cupping group and combined treatment group in improving the cough frequency, curative effect was better than western medicine group; there were no significant difference between combined treatment group and Chinese medicine group in improving the sputum volume, and the cure rate was better than Western medicine group and cupping group. There was no obvious difference between in combined with cupping therapy group in the aspect of absorption pulmonary rales, and it was better than the other two groups. In the secondary symptoms and signs: there were no significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and combined treatment group in improving the complexion, fatigue and sweating, and it was better than western medicine group and cupping group. There were obvious differences between traditional Chinese medicine group, cupping group and cupping group in improving the diet, and it was better than western medicine group; there were no significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine and cupping group. There were obvious differences combined treatment group compared with traditional Chinese medicine and cupping group, and it was better than the latter two group. There were no significant difference between cupping group and combined treatment group in improving chest radiograph, and there were obvious differences western compared with medicine group and raditional Chinese medicine group, and it was better than the latter two group, there were no significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group, the effect is quite.Conclusion:Jiaweixiangshaliujunzi decoction combined with cupping acupoints on back therapy for pneumonia cough asthma(lung and spleen qi deficiency type)was superior than single use of Western medicine or Chinese medicine or cupping therapy in improving clinical total therapeutic effect, clinical symptoms and signs integral effect. That the traditional Chinese medicine combined with cupping therapy in the treatment of pulmonary Qi deficiency type of pneumonia cough has obvious advantages, provides a new treatment for clinical treatment of the disease.
