Effect Of Songling Xuemaikang Capsule On Primary Hypertension(Liver-yang Hyperactivity)

Objective:To observe the effect of Songling Xuemaikang capsule on the clinical effect of primary hypertension grade I(liver-yang hyperactivity type),and to observe the changes of sitting position blood pressure,dynamic blood pressure and TCM syndromes in the two groups with losartan potassium tablet as the control group.Improvement of hypertension symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life.Methods:From September 2016 to March 2017,67 patients with liver yang hyperactivity essential hypertension(grade 1)were selected from cardiology outpatient clinic of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomly divided into Songling Xuemaikang capsule treatment group of 34 cases,losartan potassium tablet control group of 33 cases.The experimental group was treated with Songling Xuemaikang capsule and the control group with losartan potassium tablet for 8 weeks.Blood pressure level,TCM syndromes,hypertension symptoms,Pittsburgh sleep,quality of life scores were observed,and adverse events during the test were recorded.The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results:1.Blood pressure level control:the total effective rate was 36.7 in the observation group and 66.6 in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was significant difference between systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in 24h ambulatory blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).The results indicated that the eff'ective rate of lowering blood pressure in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,but Songling Xuemai Kang had a lower effect on diastolic blood pressure.2.The score of hypertension symptom:compared with the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and Songling Xuemaikang capsule was superior to losartan potassium tablet in improving the symptoms of hypertension.3.Quality of life score:compared with the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05).The results suggested that Songling Xuemaikang capsule was better than losartan potassium tablet in improving hypertension symptoms.4.Pittsburgh sleep quality score:compared with the control group,the observation group had significant difference(P<0.05),the two groups had significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01),and Songling Xuemaikang capsule was superior to losartan potassium tablet in improving sleep.Conclusion:1:Songling Xuemaikang capsule and Losartan potassium tablet have the same effect on reducing the blood pressure level of grade I essential hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang,and Songling Xuemaikang capsule is more significant in reducing diastolic blood pressure.2:Songling Xuemaikang capsule is stronger than losartan potassium tablet in improving hypertension symptom and TCM syndrome.3:Songling Xuemaikang capsule is superior to losartan potassium tablets in improving quality of life.4:There were no adverse reactions in Songling Xuemaikang capsule group and losartan potassium tablet group after 8 weeks treatment.
