Objective:A randomized controlled trial was conducted to investigate the effects of songling xuemai kang capsule on the expression level of serum miRNA-375,blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure in patients with initially diagnosed mild essential hypertension with abnormal glucose tolerance,so as to provide a basis for the clinical application of songling xuemai kang capsule.Methods:A total of 50 cases of initially diagnosed mild essential hypertension with abnormal glucose tolerance in the outpatient department of cardiology of sichuan provincial people's hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were collected and randomly divided into A1 and A2 groups according to 1:1.50 healthy subjects were randomly divided into group B1 and group B2 according to 1:1.Administration method: group A1 was treated with songling xuemai kang capsule and levamlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets,and group A2 was treated with levamlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets only.Group B1 was given equal dose of songling xuemai kang capsule in group A1.The subjects in groups A1,A2 and B1 were treated for 12 weeks.Group B2 was a blank control group and did not take any drugs.To observe and compare the differences and safety of serum miRNA-375 expression level,blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid before and after treatment among the four groups.Results: 1.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in age,sex,BMI,number of smoking and number of drinking among the four groups of A1,A2,B1 and B2(all P = > 0.05).The serum levels of miRNA-375,FPG,HbA1 c,2hPG,TC,TG,SBP and DBP in A1 and A2 groups were higher than those in B1 and B2 groups,with statistically significant differences(all P < 0.05).2.Changes in serum miRNA-375 expression before and after treatment: after treatment,the serum miRNA-375 expression level in group A1 decreased compared with that beforetreatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum miRNA-375 expression levels before and after treatment in A2,B1 and B2 groups(P > 0.05).3.Changes in blood glucose before and after medication: after treatment,FPG in group A1 decreased compared with that before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between 2hPG and HbA1 c before and after treatment(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in FPG,2h PG and HbA1 c before and after treatment in A2,B1 and B2 groups(P > 0.05).4.Changes in blood pressure before and after medication: SBP and DBP in A1 and A2 groups decreased after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),and the decrease range of SBP(14.80±3.9 Vs 8.48±3.45mmHg)and DBP(7.24±4.48 Vs6.24±5.48mmHg)in A1 group was greater than that in A2 group.There was no significant difference in SBP and DBP before and after treatment in B1 and B2 groups(P > 0.05).5.Changes in blood lipid before and after medication: TC in group A1 after treatmentBoth TG and ldl-c decreased and hdl-c increased compared with that before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TC,TG,ldl-c and hdl-c between groups A2,B1 and B2 before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression levels of FPG and mirNA-375 in serum were decreased in patients with mild primary hypertension and abnormal glucose tolerance diagnosed at the first time.2.Songling xuemakang capsule can reduce TG,TC and low ldl-c levels in initially diagnosed patients with mild primary hypertension with abnormal glucose tolerance,and increase hdl-c levels.3.Songling xuemakang capsule,in combination with levamlodipine besylate tablet,can better reduce SBP and DBP in patients with mild primary hypertension with abnormal glucose tolerance at the first diagnosis,which is more significant in reducing the efficacy of SBP.
