The Clincial Study On The Treatment Of Primary Hypertension ? Level (Gan Yang Shang Kang Syndrome) With Songling

Objective To observe the clincial efficacy and safety of Songling xuemaikang capsule on the patients with primary hypertension ? level(gan yang shang kang syndrome).Methods: 1.From April 1,2017 to November 30,2017,the 54 cases in line with the diagnostic criteria of hypertension of primary hypertension grade I,TCM symptom types with gan yang shang kang syndrome selected from Wuhan No.1 Hosptial outpatient and inpatient department patients.The 54 patients were randomly divided into two groups,both groups receiced basic treatment lifestyle.The first two weeks are drug washout period,followed by 4 weeks of drug treatment.During medication,the experimental group were given Songling xuemaikang capsule three pills three times a day,an oral,while the control group were given Losartan Potassium Tablets one tablets one time a day,an oral.2.By observeing two groups of patients' decreased blood pressure and total efficiency,TCM syndromes and integrals,lipid levels before and after the treatment to investigate the efficacy of Songling xuemaikang capsule on the patients with primary hypertension ? level(gan yang shang kang syndrome)3.By observeing two groups of patients' vital signs,blood,urine,fecal routine,electrolyte,liver function,renal function,blood uric acid and other examinations before and after the treatment,and adverse events occurred in the subjects,to evaluate their safety.4.SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis software was used to treat all data in this clinical observation.Result: 1.The systolic blood pressure of the experimental group and the control group decreased respectively(7.96±4.459)mm Hg,(7.11±4.995)mm Hg,and the decrease of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group and the control group decreased respectively(8.33±3.497)mm Hg,(7.15±2.931)mm Hg,and the decrease of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of blood pressure control in the experimental group and the control group was 85.2% and 92.6% respectively,and the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The headache grade of the experimental group and the control group were decreased by 49 and 23 respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the group of Songling xuemaikang capsule was better than the Losartan Potassium Tablets group.The Vertigo integral of the experimental group and the control group were decreased by 46 and 20 respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the group of Songling xuemaikang capsule was better than the Losartan Potassium Tablets group.In the experimental group and the control group,the total score of TCM minor syndromes was decreased by 135 and 38 respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the group of Songling xuemaikang capsule was better than the Losartan Potassium Tablets group.3.There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the treatment of lipid level(P>0.05).4.During the treatment,no obvious abnormality and aggravation were observed in the two groups of subjects: vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine,liver function,renal function,and serum uric acid.No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the whole trial.Conclusion: 1: There was no difference between Song ling xue mai kang capsule and Losartan Potassium Tablets in the blood pressure level of the patients with primary hypertension ? level(gan yang shang kang syndrome).2:Songling xuemaikang capsule was superior to the Losartan Potassium Tablets in the improvement of the efficacy of TCM main syndrome and minor syndromes.3: after 4 weeks of administration,there was no obvious improvement in the effect of blood lipid.4.No adverse reactions were found in the subjects who took the Songling Xuemaikang capsule in the experiment,and the safety was high.
