| Objective:To investigate the clinical effect,security of SongLingXueMaiKang Capsule in treating hypertension(gun yang shang kang syndrome).Methods:67 cases of hypertension with ganyangshangkang syndrome,aged 18 to 70,were enrolled from the clinic of ChengDu university of TCM.They were randomly devided into treatment group and control group.Both of groups accepted basic treatment and took essential antihypentension drugs,Treatment group were treated with SongLingXueMaiKang Capsule in addition,3 pills each time(0.5g/pill),three times a day,orally.They were observed before and after 2,4wk treatment from the score of each symptom and the variety of the correlative examinations.Result:(1) The total syndromes effect of treatment group is 90.63%and the control group is 67.74%,And the total blood-pressure effect is 81.25%,58.06%seperately.Using rank sum test to analysis,all of the p-value are less than 0.05,it showed that the difference between the groups were significant in statistics.The result of test explained the effect of treatment-group treating patients with hypertension is better than controll-group,SongLingXueMaiKang Capsule can improve the clinical symptoms and lower blood pressure of patients with hypertension effectively;(2) During treatment,both of groups had no influence on blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,hepatic function,and renal function,also had no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:SongLingXueMaiKangCapsule has a total effect and safety in treating hypertension(gan yang shang kang syndrome). |
