| ObjectiveWe conducted a clinical observation on the primary hypertension of Hyperactive Liver Yang in the comparation over Kanghong Capsule with Losartan Potassium Tablets,in order to objectively evaluate the clinical curative effect of Kanghong Capsule,for providing a new thought of looking for proprietary Chinese medicine to improve the hypertension of Hyperactive Liver Yang,further discussing the effect of Kanghong Capsule and the mechanism of decreasing high blood pressure,combining the basic theories of Chinese medicine and rich clinical experience to shape and promote the clinical application about the theory—"Samples wen of blood and vessel".MethodsWe Select patients from the department of encephalopathy of Dongzhimen hospital and the cardiovascular department of China-Japan friendship hospital who is primary hypertension of Hyperactive Liver Yang type,than randomly assign the patients to two groups,which is Kanghong Capsule group(Group A),and Losartan Potassium Tablets group(Group B).A group was given to Kanghong Capsule and the placebo of Losartan Potassium,the formor three times A day,every time three.The later 50mg(1 tablet)every morning.Group B for Losartan Potassium Tablets and the placebo of Kanghong Capsule.The two groups of treatment were 60 days.After treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score and hypertension symptom scores,seated blood pressure,dynamic blood pressure and blood pressure variability were observed,and the clinical efficacy was determined.Result1.In the baseline data,53 cases were enrolled in this study,including 28 patients in the group A,and 25 in the group B.There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,duration,height,weight,educational level,occupational distribution,TCM syndrome,score hypertension symptom scores,quiet blood pressure,dynamic blood pressure and blood pressure variability(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).Two groups of patients with hypertension symptoms after treatment were compared between groups,P>0.05,no statistical significance after the treatment.within the group,TCM syndrome points of items,and the total scores all were decreased,except for the group A headache has no statistical significance(P>0.05),the symptoms of other items have statistical significance(P<0.05),showing two groups of medicine can relieve primary hypertension of Hyperactive Liver Yang,thus improve patient discomfort,but because of the small sample sizes,the headache has yet to show the significant difference,but has a tendency to ease.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).But the average difference indicates group A in irritability,red eyes and yellow tongue better than group B,namely Kanghong in improving typical symptoms of Hyperactive Liver Yang(irritability,red eyes and yellow tongue)is superior to the Losartan Potassium.However,due to the small sample size,there is no statistical difference.3.There was no significant difference in Symptom score of hypertension between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).The hypertension scores of the two groups were all lower than the pre-treatment.While,after treatment the edema and palpitation of the two groups,chest distress of group B have no statistical significance(P>0.05),but other symptoms were statistically significant(P<0.05),the vertigo,tinnitus,dizziness,fatigue urine has significant difference,showing that the two groups of drugs can be used to reduce the hypertension symptom scores,thus improving symptoms,but the sample size is less,in alleviating edema in group A,group B in on palpitation,chest distress relief has not yet showed statistically significance.However,the two groups of drugs were effective in relieving the typical symptoms of pre-hypertension(vertigo or tinnitus,dizziness,fatigue,and multiple urine and total points),suggests that both can improve the related symptoms of patients with high blood pressure,but there was no significant difference in improving the degree.4.seated systolic blood pressure(SBP),seated diastolic blood pressure(DBP),dynamic blood pressure and its variability(SBPV,DBPV).? two way after the treatment,compared before and after treatment in patients with seated SBP and DBP were statistically significant(P<0.05),but the comparison between the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05),shows that two groups of drugs can reduce seated SBP,DBP,but no difference on degree of lowering blood pressure.?By comparison on success rate of blood pressure between the two groups,A group is 75.00%,B group 88.00%,and the test has no statistical significance(P>0.05),shows that two groups of medicine can be used to treat high blood pressure,the antihypertensive effects and no difference.The dynamic SBP and DBP were not statistically significant in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),but the mean of the two groups was lower than before treatment.It is indicated that both drugs have the tendency to decrease dynamic SBP and DBP,but the sample size is too small to show the difference.?Comparison of SBPV and DBPV in group A before and after treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05).B group in comparative SBPV,DBPV had statistical significance(P<0.05),but according to the mean,we can see that the blood pressure variability after treatment increases,this may be related to sample size,less patient adherence or other factors can cause blood pressure variability.ConclusionsKanghong capsule with Losartan Potassium treatment hypertension grade 1,all can achieve satisfactory success rate,and can improve the symptoms of Liver Yang syndrone?symptoms of high blood pressure at certain degree,but medicine of two group can not improve variability of blood pressure.In summary,Overall,Kanghong can improve subjective feeling of 1 Hyperactive liver Yang patients with primary hypertension,curative effect is distinct,and there is a clear antihypertensive effect,can be used as a recommended therapeutic agents in the treatment of high blood pressure level,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
