Clinical Study On Tongfei Huatan Decoction In Treating Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(Phlegm Stasis)

Objective:Through the observation of clinical curative effect and the influence of Serum inflammatory markers by Tongfei Huatan decoc tion in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbatio n period?phlegm stasis?,to elucidate the mechanisms of Tongfei Huata n decoction for treating patients with AECOPD?phlegm stasis?.Methods:68 patients included in the standard with acute exacerbat ion of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease period were used a rando m number table method divided into the treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group,control group given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the conventio nal western medicine treatment combine with Tongfei Huatan decoction,two groups of a course of 14 days.Observed two groups of patients'si tuation before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndr ome?breathing,cough,sputum,chest tightness,eat less?,Serum inflam matory markers[white blood cell?WBC?,neutrophil?NE?,C-reactive protein?CRP?,Pcalcitonin?PCT?],blood coagulation state?D-dimer,fibrinogen?,bl ood gas analysis?Pa O₂,PaCO₂?,pulmonary function?FVC,FEV₁/FVC,FE V₁ perd%?,clinical pulmonary infection?temperature,white blood cell co unt,airway secretions,oxygenation index,chest CT infiltration shadow?,to study the effect of AECOPD patients by Tongfei Huatan decoctio n.Results:After treatment,the treatment group total effective rate was88.23%,control group total effective rate was 73.53%,two groups total effective rate was significant difference?P<0.05?.After treatment,both groups were better than before in the TCM syndrome score?breathing,cough,sputum,chest tightness,eat less?,Serum inflammatory markers?WBC,NE,CRP and PCT?,blood gas analysis?PaO₂,PaCO₂?,pulmonary function?FVC,FEV₁/FVC,FEV₁perd%?,clinical pulmonary infection score?temperature,white blood cell count,airway secretions,oxygenation index,chest CT infiltration shadow?,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After treatment,Control group of blood coagulation state?D-dim er,fibrinogen?no significant improvement?P>0.05?,while the treatmen t group in the project was significantly improved,?P<0.05?.and treatme nt group was improved better than control group in terms of the patien ts'TCM syndrome score?breathing,cough,sputum,chest tightness,eat less?,Serum inflammatory markers?WBC,NE,CRP,PCT?,blood gas analysis?Pa O2,Pa CO2?,pulmonary function?FVC,FEV₁/FVC,FEV₁per d%?,clinical pulmonary infection score?white blood cell count,airway secretions,chest CT infiltration shadow?and the total score of Clinical pulmonary infection?P<0.05?.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine combine d with Tongfei Huatan decoction could improve hypercoagulable state of AECOPD patients?phlegm stasis?,that better than the conventional western medicine in terms of the patients'clinical symptoms,improvem ent of hypoxia,reduce carbon dioxide retention,improve lung function and Control lung infection.Its mechanism might be related to inhibiting the inflammatory reaction in the development of the disease.No adverse reaction was found in the treatment of the disease.
