Meta-analysis On Efficacy Of Jiajian Qingjin Huatan Decoction In Treatment Of Phlegm Heat Resistance AECOPD

Objective: to collect both at home and abroad about the Jiajian qingjin huatan decoction treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease wi th acute aggravating period of phlegm heat resistance pulmonary type o f literature,through the Meta analysis method to evaluate theiajian qing jinhuatantang in treating lung phlegm heat resistance type during acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease period clinical cur ative effect of traditional chinese medicine(tcm),pulmonary function,s ymptom integral,blood gas analysis,crp,interleukin 6 to improve the s ituation.To evaluate the jiajian qingjin huatan decoction treatment phleg m heat resistance type lung aecopd clinical curative effect of acute aggr avating period of copd phlegm heat resistance type pulmonary rehabilita tion systematically,and provide a new method to relieve pain in patient s with new tool with which to improve the quality of life prolonging li fe,and also open up a new prospect for treatment of traditional chines e medicine.Methods: to retrieve the qingjin huatan decoction treatment of phlegm heat resistance type lung aecopd rct literature,into the qualified docume nts,using Rev Man5.2 Meta analysis software.Results: 12 article retrieved into standard rct literature.Meta analysis r esults: qing jin phlegm tang combined conventional therapy compared w ith conventional therapy to treat simply phlegm heat resistance type lun g aecopd,to raise clinical curative effect of total effective,[OR = 4.12,95% CI(2.48,6.83),Z=5.49,P < 0.00001].Can improve lung function index FEV1 value [MD = 0.13,95% CI(0.02,0.02),P = 0.02),and improve tcm symptoms integral [MD = 2.81,95% CI(3.89,1.73),P <0.00001],there are four studies mentioned the bad reaction,no seriou s adverse events reported.Conclusion: the existing clinical evidence that qingjin huatan decoction phlegm heat resistance type lung aecopd have certain effect,can impro ve the total effective rate of treatment,can improve lung function、Blood gas analysis,reduce the tcm symptom integral,cpis score(clinical pulmo nary infection score),its effect is obvious than the the pure western me dicine),So,qing jin huatan decoction can relieve symptoms in patients with aecopd with phlegm heat resistance type,and proved that tcm has certain advantages in improving patients’ quality of life,it is worth pr omoting.In this paper,although there are some shortcomings,but for cli nical still has a certain reference value.To be more reasonable design,p erform strict,sample size and follow-up time enough randomized contro lled trials to further verify the curativeeffect.
