ObjectiveThis study investigates the relationship between resilience, social support and quality of life, and analyzes the mediating effects of resilience, social support and quality of life on the basis of investigating the current status of life in gestational diabetes patients, thus providing a means to improve the quality of life of gestational diabetes patients. The theoretical basis also provides new ideas for nursing interventions for gestational diabetes mellitus in hospitals.MethodsIn this study,104 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the endocrinology department of a third-grade hospital in shan dong province were selected as the study subjects, and the questionnaires were investigated in the form of questionnaires. The measurement tools included the general situation questionnaire, the simplified version of the mental resilience scale(CD-RISC10),the social support scale and the quality of life scale.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to analyze and process the data, and the data were all normal distribution. The measurement data were represented by mean and/or standard deviation, and the two categorical variables were tested by two independent samples, and the multivariate variables were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between quality of life score and psychological elasticity and social support, and the influence factors of life quality were analyzed by multiple steps-regression analysis, and the test level was(P=0.05).Results1.General demographic characteristics and clinical dataIn this study,a total of 110 questionnaires were issued, and 104 valid questionnaires were recovered after the invalid questionnaires were excluded, and the effective recovery rate was 94%,The 104 patients ranged in age from 19 to 45,with an average age of 34.Among them, which accounted for 28.8%of women aged 20 to 29,30-39 women(53.8%),age 40 and older women(17.3%),high school and the following degrees accounted for 57.7%,42.3%junior college or above degree, town and city dwellers accounted for 57.7%,medical payment for health care(36.5%),had a family history accounted for 73.1%.2.The relationship between general information and quality of lifePatients' quality of life score was(89.25 ±11.842)points,through the single factor analysis of variance and t test, the results showed that patients' age, culture level, residence, occupation, family income, payment method, and disease diagnosis time statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Correlation analysis of quality of life, psychological resilience and social support.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the quality of life of patients was significantly positively correlated with psychological resilience score(r = 0.672,P<0.01),which was positively correlated with social support scores(r = 0.562,P<0.01).4.The multiple linear regression of quality of life.Factors that differed in the scores of the single-factor analysis and meaningful factors in the correlation analysis were used as independent variables, and the patient's quality of life score was used as the dependent variable to perform multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results showed that the patient's age, educational level, resilience, and total score of social support entered the regression equation. The regression equation explained 75.1%of the total variation of CRF.Conclusions:1.The patient's age, education level, place of residence, occupation, family monthly income, payment method, and time of disease diagnosis all have an impact on the quality of life of patients with gestational diabetes.2.There was a significant positive correlation between the patient's quality of life and the resilience and social support scores.3.The multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the age, educational level, resilience, and social support of patients affected the quality of life. Therefore, clinicians should pay attention to these aspects and establish personalized interventions to improve the quality of life of gestational diabetes patients...
