ObjectiveTo explore the current status of life quality,the relationship among psychological resilience,social support and quality of life,and the mediating effect of psychological resilience between social support and quality of life,from the perspective of positive psychology for the prevention and treatment of alcohol dependence and Provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the quality of life of patients with alcohol dependenceMethodIn this research,105 male patients hospitalized for alcohol dependence in Shandong Mental Health Center were selected as research group and 128 healthy male volunteers as control group by convenient sampling method.Research tools include the General Survey Questionnaire,the Mental Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),the Social Support Scale(SSRS)and the Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-BREF).Description statistics,chi-square test,t-test,variance analysis,correlation analysis,multiple stepwise regression analysis and mediation effect test in SPSS 19.0 software were used to analyze the dataResult1.The psychological resilience,social support,and quality of life scores of patients with alcohol dependence were lower than those of healthy people2.The quality of life scores of patients with alcohol dependence were statistically significant in terms of demographic variables such as marriage and occupation.(P<0.05)3.There is a significant positve correlation between Psychological resilience,social support and quality of life in patients with alcohol dependence.Psychological resilience score was positively correlated with quality of life and each dimension(r=0.259-0.540,P<0.01).Social support score was positively correlated with quality of life and each dimension(r=0.256-0.439,P<0.01).In addition,Psychological resilience There was a positive correlation between score and social support score(r=0.396,P<0.01)4.Through multivariate stepwise regression analysis,the regression equation of psychological resilience and social support entering the quality of life played a positive predictive role(P<0.01),and the combined interpretation rate of the two variables on the total quality of life was 35.2%5.Among the groups of patients with alcohol dependence,psychological resilience plays a part in mediating effect between social support and quality of life.Social support can influence quality of life either directly or through a mediator of psychological resilienceConclusion1.Alcohol dependent patients have overall low quality of life due to physical and psychological symptoms.The level of psychological resilience and social support was also lower than that of healthy controls.2.Marriage and occupation are the influencing factors of the quality of life of patients with alcohol dependence3.There is a positive correlation between psychological resilience,social support and quality of life in patients with alcohol dependence4.The psychological resilience and social support of patients with alcohol dependence can predict their quality of life.5.The psychological resilience of patients with alcohol dependence plays a partial intermediary role between social support and quality of life.
