Objective:This study attempted to investigate the quality of life,psychosocial factors,and the relationship between the two aspects in diabetics. So as to improve scientific evidences for increasing mental health level quality of life.Methods:110 diabetes mellitus 50 normal healthy controls were involved by contract study. All the subject themselves completed the following questionnaires, general condition questionnaires,SCL-90,SSRS,EPQ,DSQ,DSQL,SF-36, HAMA,HAMD,and measured the FBG,2hBPG,blood-fat,HbA1C,and measured hemorheology.Result: (1) The score of EPQ-N in diabetes was higher than the normal subjects.(2) The score of immature factor of DSQ in DM patients was higher than that in the normal subjects.(3)The total of SSRS and the score of utilization of social support in DM patients were lower than those in the normal subject, and the female has lower scores of SSRS than the male.(4) The total scores of SCL-90, the average scores of the positive items, the scores of somatization,depression,and other in DM patients were significantly higher than those in the normal subjects. (5)The male, long disease course,disorder emotion,low level of education patients who had lower quality of life.
