Clinical Effect Observation Of The Spasticity Of Cerebral Apo-Plexy After Stroke Treated By Fire-Needle

Objective : To observe the clinical curative effect of the spasticity of cerebral apo-plexyafter stroke treated by the method of fire-needle,and explore its therapeutic effect,seeking a effective acupuncture therapy clinically for the disease.Methods:60 patients diagnosed with the spasticity of cerebral apo-plexyafter after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases respectively.The patients of the two groups were given its basic diseases conventional treatment.The treatment group with fire-needle therapy,3 time a week,rest one day and then contine tremen;the control group with filiform needles therapy,the patients were treated once a day,5 times a week.A course of treatment includes four weeks.After one course of treatment,to evaluate the curative effect of the patients in the two groups.We conducted the functional evaluation by the rehabilitation medicine’s methods of Clinica spsticity index(CSI),Simplified Fugl-Meyer limb motor function(FMA),Modified Barthel Index,and checked the Glu and GABA’s content in serum before and after the treatment by high-efficiency liquid chromatography.Evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups by comparing the effects of two methods of treatment for patients.Results:1.After 4 weeks,the Fugl-meyer motor function and Barthel index scores of patients are obviously increased,the Clinica spsticity index scores are obvisously decreased,compared with that before into the group,the difference was statistically(p<0.01),recovery of spasticity in the observation group was better than in the control group,and there was a difference between them(p<0.01).2.Before and after the treatment,the Glu’s content in serum were lower in the two groups,but GABA’s content in serum was upper,and all of them had differences(p<0.05),after the treatment,the Glu and GABA’s content between the two ups had differences(p<0.05).3.The comparison of clinical efficacy between two groups: the total effective rate was85.21% in the treatment group;The total effective rate was 73.33% in the control group.The effective rate of the two groups have statistical difference(p<0.01).Therefore,the treatment group is more effective than control group.Conclusion:1.Two methods for the treatment of the spasticity of cerebral apo-plexy after stroke can obviously improve the symptoms of spasticity,motor function and the ability of daily life,it’s function mechanism is may relative to ajusting the Glu and GABA ’s content in serum.2.Comparison between groups,the fire-needle therapy was better than acupuncture therapy.
