Objective:In the process of treating spasticity after cerebral infarction by comparing the two treatment of intermuscular acupuncture Fire needle and needle acupuncture and the effect of both on motor function. We can evaluate the clinical efficacy of intermuscular acupuncture Fire needle. Methods:According to the subject group standard.60 spasticity after cerebral infarction patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected.Randomly divided 30 into intermuscular acupuncture Fire needle treatment group(Fire pin group)and randomly divided 30 into acupuncture treatment group(Acupuncture group). All patients,According to neurologic routine treatment and give the head acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was treated with fire acupuncture.Selected acupoints:Upper limb:waiguan?shousanli?jianyu?binao;Lower limbs:zusanli?yanglingquan?weizhong?taichong.Use a burning fire needle quickly and accurately puncture points and quickly pull the needle out.The control group had the same acupoint as the treatment group.Use the needle to Pierce the selected points. The needle until the needle sag down to get the air back.Stay for 30 minutes.Once a day for 14 days. The total treatment time was the same in both groups. After the collection of cases has been completed.Statistical software SPSS was used for statistical analysis of the data.Rating by Modifisd Ashworth Scle?Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Amplitude, time limit, threshold of F wave.To assess the degree of spasm and the change of motor function. The results were compared with those before treatment.Results:1.There were significant differences in FMA between the treatment group and the control group after treatment than before treatment. The difference was statistically significant. Both groups were effective. After treatment, treatment group improve FMA than control group. The difference was statistically significant.2.There were significant differences in MAS between the treatment group and the control group after treatment than before treatment. The difference was statistically significant. Both groups were effective. After treatment, treatment group reduce MAS than control group. The difference was statistically significant.3.There were significant differences in amplitude?time limit?threshold of F-waves between the treatment group and the control group after treatment than before treatment. The difference was statistically significant. Both groups were effective. After treatment, treatment group reduce time limit, improve threshold, reduce threshold than controlgroup. The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The intermuscular acupuncture Fire needle is superior to the needle acupuncture in improving the motor function of patients.2.The intermuscular acupuncture Fire needle is superior to the needle acupuncture method in reducing the muscle tension of patients.3.It is superior to the intermuscular acupuncture Fire needle in reduce time limit, improve threshold, reduce threshold of the spinal cord.
