Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Yangqi Deficiency And Failure By Yiyi Fuzi Power Add-minus

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiyi Fuzi Powder add-minus for treating unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with yang qi deficiency and failure typeMethods:Forty patients met the inclusion criteria with unstable angina pectoris as coronary heart disease were selected.All cases were hospitalized from October 2016 to August 2017 in the third department of cardiovascular disease of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.All the patients is yang qi deficiency and failure type,The self control method before and after treatment is adopted in this experiment.All patients continued to take conventional western medicine,including ?-blockers,nitrates,aspirin,lipid-rugulating drug etc.all patients were treated with the decoction with Yiyi Fuzi Powder as the main prescription for 2 weeks on that basi of the above treatment.All patients were told that taking the prescription 1 dose daily,150ml each time,half of an hour after breakfast and dinner.The changes of resting electrocardiogram,Hey,the TCM symptom scores and safety index(blood routine,urine routine.stool routine,blood glucose,blood lipid,liver func.tion.kidney function,myocardial enzyme)were observed and recorded before and after treatment,the patients were followed up for 90 days to observe the rehospitalization of the disease.Results:1.In the effect of TCM syndrome,the effective rate of 40 patients after treatment is 80.0%,of which 16 cases are markedly effective,16 cases are effective,8 cases are invalid,and 0 cases are aggravated.The total score of TCM syndrome decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.With regard to ECG.compared with before treatment,the after treatment is improved.The effective rate was 72.5%,of which 16 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,11 cases were invalid,and 0 cases were aggravated.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the Hey level was lower than that before treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Follow-up for 90 days,after the end of the experiment,3 cases were hospitalized with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease again,and the rehospitalization rate was 7.5%.Conclusion:1.Yiyi Fuzi Powder add-minus can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with unstable angina pectoris of Yang Qi deficiency and failure Type.2.Yiyi Fuzi Powder add-minus can improve electrocardiogram ischemia and reduce the level of serum Hey of patients with unstable angina pectoris of Yang Qi deficiency and failure type.
