Clinical Study Of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined With Sini Decoction In Treating Unstable Angina Of Coronary Heart Disease Caused By Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Yang

Objective:Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,we use Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Sini Decoction to treat unstable angina patients with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.Reasonably interpret the scientific connotation of using Jingfang Hefang to treat diseases based on the guiding idea of treating diseases and seeking the foundation.Method: Patients with instability of coronary heart disease and unstable angina pectoris who were diagnosed as spleen-kidney-yang deficiency syndrome in the ward and tutor clinic of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected,and 60 selected cases were randomly divided into control groups.The group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group was based on western medicine combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Sini Decoction for 28 days.The ECG,TCM syndrome score,Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ),nitroglycerin reduction rate and changes in safety indicators were observed before and after treatment,,and performed statistical analysis.Results: After clinical research,comparisons between the groups before and after treatment showed that the treatment group and the control group improved in TCM syndrome scores,TCM syndrome efficacy,ECG efficacy,nitroglycerin reduction rate,and Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ).The differences were statistically significant;Comparison between the groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of TCM syndrome score,nitroglycerin reduction rate,improvement of patients’ daily activity tolerance,stabilization of patients with central colic onset of activity,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in ECG efficacy,disease awareness and treatment satisfaction,and the number of angina pectoris episodes(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Treating patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Sini Decoction of Wentong Spleen and Kidney can alleviate related clinical symptoms compared with simple western medicine treatment,and the safety is better;Highlight the advantages of TCM in treating chest pain and heartache,and highlight the advantages in improving the main symptoms such as chest pain and chest tightness,and improve the quality of life;The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has no obvious adverse reactions,reflecting the respective advantages of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
