Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Shuxin Decoction In The Treatment Of Yang-Qi Deficiency And Failure Type Chest Paralysis (Stable Angina Pectoris)

Objective: clinical observation explored shu xin decoction sun be the spirit virtual failure type of obstruction of the clinical effect of patients with chronic stable angina,through to the curative effect in patients with angina pectoris and electrocardiogram,Chinese medicine syndrome,serum hs-CRP,MPV and PDW,RDW level changes in the degree and the safety index to evaluate the clinical curative effect of this comfort soup provide clinical basis for further study explored comfort soup,and a preliminary probe into its curative effect mechanism.Methods: 64 patients with Yang qi deficiency and failure type chest arrhythmia(chronic stable angina)admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2018 to November 2018 were included.A computer-generated random number grouping method was adopted,and 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and those in the treatment group were treated with wenyang shuxin decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment in the control group,with a course of 4 weeks.The effects of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,TCM syndromes and serum hs-crp,MPV,PDW and RDW before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:(1)efficacy of angina pectoris: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.2%,and that of the control group was 74.2%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)electrocardiogram: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.9%,while that of the control group was 71.0%.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)TCM syndromes: the total effective rate was 89.7% in the treatment group and 74.2% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4)serum hs-CRP level: the serum hs-CRP level of patients in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)MPV,PDW and RDW levels: the MPV and PDW levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the RDW level of the two groups showed no change compared with that before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)wenyang shuxin decoction combined with western medicine can alleviate angina pectoris in patients with yang-qi deficiency and failure type chest arrhythmia(chronic stable angina pectoris),improve TCM syndromes,reduce serum hs-crp level,reduce MPV and PDW level.There is no significant difference between the improvement of electrocardiogram and that of western medicine alone,and no significant improvement in RDW level.No obvious toxic and side effects and adverse reactions were observed.(2)taking "Yang wei as the basis" as the starting point,and taking into account the Yang qi of the heart,spleen and kidney,the three zang-organs,the treatment of chest arthropathy caused by Yang qi deficiency and failure through "warming Yang qi,removing phlegm and resolving blood stasis",the theory is reasonable and has important clinical guiding significance.
