Effects Of Warming Yang And Removing Blood Stasis On Homocysteine In Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris (Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Warming Yang and removing blood stasis combined with western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(yang deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods:the patients were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine in four wards of hospitalized patients,among them 60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected were divided into control group and treatment group,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with routine western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine decoction,while the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.14 days as a course of treatment,observation and treatment of patients before and after treatment symptom scores,ECG,serum homocysteine,the collected data using SPSS19.0 software to deal with the conclusions drawn.Conclusion:1 symptom score:the scores of the two groups before and after treatment were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2 ECG:the improvement of ischemic electro cardiogramin the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3 serum homocysteine:group of two groups were compared after treatment values were better than the untreated,the data between the two groups after treatment in treatment group was significantly better than the control group and the statistical analysis showed(p<0.05)was statistically significant.Summary:1 the method of Warming Yang and removing blood stasis combined with conventional western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(yang deficiency and blood stasis type).2 the method of Warming Yang and removing blood stasis combined with routine western medicine treatment can improve the ischemic electrocardiogram in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(yang deficiency and blood stasis type).3 the method of Warming Yang and removing blood stasis combined with conventional western medicine can reduce the level of serum homocysteine in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(yang deficiency and blood stasis type).
