| OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction on patients with unstable guinea stagnation angina pectoris after PCI and their effects on Lp-PLA2 and IL-10 for Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease Improve the quality of life of patients with unstable angina after PCI to provide a reference.METHODology:A total of 70 patients diagnosed with unstable angina pectoris during the period from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital(according to the syndrome of QiXuTanYu deficiency syndrome)were divided into controls according to the randomized principle.There were 35 patients in each group and treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for chronic heart failure:antiplatelet drugs(baaspirin 100 mg qn;clopidogrel 75 mg qn);Beta blockers(Metoprolol 23.75-47.5 mg qd);anticoagulant drugs(low molecular weight heparin sodium 5000 units IH bid);lipid-regulating drugs(atorvastatin 20 mg qn);ACEI/ARB(perindopril 2-4mg qd,intolerant valsartan 80mg qd)with comorbidities corresponding symptomatic treatment;treatment group In the control group,on the basis of conventional anti-heart failure western medicine,Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Recipe was added and subtracted twice a day,twice a day.(Formula:Sanqi 5g,Hongshen 10g,Huangqi 30g,Xiebai 15g,Gualou 10g,Chenpi 3g,Fulin 12g,Banxia 10g,Kunbu 10g,Zhebei 10g,Suanzaoren 15g,Danshen 15g,Tubiecong10g,Gancao 3g This party is the long-term experience of the tutor in the clinical work side).Treatment duration was 8 weeks in both groups.Observed before and after treatment Lp-PLA2,IL-10,blood lipids,quantitative scores of TCM syndromes,SF-36,SAQ changes,and monitor liver and kidney function and adverse reactions.Results SPSS20 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the distribution of age,gender,concomitant diseases,IL-10,Lp-PLA2,blood lipids,and TCM syndromes between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Both groups can improve the patients’ TCM syndromes and improve their quality of life,and the treatment group has more obvious improvement effect than the control group(P<0.05).3.Both groups can improve SF-36 and SAQ scores before and after treatment.After treatment,the role of SF-36 in physical function,physical health,role limitations,somatic pain,overall health,and vitality are higher than in the control group(P).<0.05),SAQ in the degree of physical activity,stability of angina,angina pectoris and treatment satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).3.Both groups can improve SF-36 and SAQ scores before and after treatment.After treatment,the role of SF-36 in PF,RP,BP,GH,Ware higher than in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences inSF,RE,MH,HT(P>0.05).SAQ was higher in PL,AS,AF,and TS than in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in DP(P>0.05).4.The two groups of Lp-PLA2 and IL-1.0 were significantly improved after treatment.Compared with the.control group,the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).5.Both groups can improve blood lipid levels before and after treatment in patients with hyperlipidemia,but comparisons between groups suggest that CHOL and LDL-C in the treatment group are significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),while HDL-C and TG are not statisticall.y significant(P>0.05)6.During the study period,no obvious or serious adverse reactions occurred in both the control group and the treatment group.Both groups were able to complete the study more successfully.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction can reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events and reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients after PCI for unstable guinea pectoris with angina pectoris.2.Yiqi Huoxue Huatan prescription can significantly reduce the Lp-PLA2 level in patients with qi-deficiency cramps type unstable angina pectoris and improve IL-10 level,to some extent,improve the blood lipid level,and the treatment group is superior to conventional western medicine treatment Control group.3.Yiqi Huoxue Huatan prescription had no obvious adverse reactions and toxic and side effects in the course of treatment observation.The compliance of patients was better and the safety was good. |
