| Objective:We evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of UA,who belong to Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,through observing the effect of compound lumbrical tablets on the angina pectoris symptom,mean platelet volume,high-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein,blood lipid,electrocardiogram,TCM symptom scores before and after treatment in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Meantime we preliminarily study the mechanism of compound lumbrical tablets.Method:The 49 qi deficiency and blood stasis type patients who chiefly belong to Qi deficiency and blood stasis type in TCM,with unstable angina pectoris who meet inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group of 26 cases and the control group of 23 cases by using the stochastic grouping method.The control group was treated with standard Western Medicine;the treatment group was treated on the basis of the control group’s treatment with compound lumbrical tablets 2 tablets tid,both for 4 weeks.By observing patients’ therapeutic indexs of TCM syndromes,mean platelet volume,high-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein,blood lipid,electrocardiogram and safety indexs of liver function,renal function,electrolyte,blood routine,etc.before the beginning of treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,we analyze the effect of compound lumbrical tablets on the curative effect and safety indexs,and study the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of UA patients,who chiefly belong to Qi deficiency and blood stasis type in TCM.Results:TCM syndrome scores and curative effect:Two groups of TCM syndrome scores were remarkably decreased.There was a statistical difference in the intra-group comparison.(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome score’s improvement was 95.7%;the total effective rate of the control group was 73.1%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups in the total score of symptom after treatment(P<0.05).The difference showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.Curative effect of angina pectoris:The angina pectoris symptoms in two groups were obvious improved after the treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.7%;the total effective rate of the control group was 92.3%.There was no statistical difference in the symptoms of angina pectoris between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).ECG curative effect:The ECG curative effect of two groups both have improved(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.3%;the total effective rate of the control group was 73.1%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).MPV:After the treatment,the MPV in each group was lower than before.(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior than the control group(p<0.05).Hs-CRP:The Hs-CRP level in two groups both obviously decreased after the treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior than the control group(p<0.05).Blood lipid:TC and LDL-C levels decreased after the treatment in the two groups;comparison between groups and groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.Comparison of HDL-C levels in two groups before and after treatment by between group and group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment the level of TG in group comparison was different.In the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in the treatment group,there was an obvious decline after the treatment.Conclusions:This research shows that the standard western medicine with compound lumbrical tablets can better improve the clinical angina attack and related TCM clinical syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis type patients with unstable angina pectoris.Second,it can intervene some indexes like MPV,hs-CRP,TC,LDL-C.Consequently,the compound lumbrical tablets is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. |
