Objective:To observe the effect of Auricular points pressing seed therapy combined with oral Oxycoclone and Acetaminophen Tablets on postoperative pain of hemorrhoids.Methods:The 60 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 30 cases.Control group:1 routine nursing care after anal bowel disease.2 When the patient experienced pain on the day after surgery,he was given Oxycoclone and Acetaminophen Tablets(China National Pharmaceutical Foreign Trade Corp,Chinese Medicine standard character J20100119),5 mg/times,once every 6 hours,once orally,1 week.For a course of treatment.Treatment group:on the basis of the control group and 1 hour before surgery,selected anus,rectum,door,sympathetic,cortical,endocrine and other 6 ear acupuncture points,ear acupressure seed method for the treatment of postoperative pain hemorrhoids.The patient presses 3 to 5 times a day,2 to 3 minutes each time,and 1 week is a course of treatment.Results:After a course of observation,the total effective rate was 96.7%in the treatment group and 86.7%in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)by comparing the pain relief,the number of oral painkillers,the postoperative wound edema and the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion:The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in pain relief,increased analgesic efficacy,decreased use of analgesic drugs,postoperative wound edema and decreased adverse reactions.The auricular pressure seed is less irritating to the auricular skin,has higher safety,and is convenient for clinical use,has significant curative effect,non-toxic side effects and adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
